The host Sunnie is the best. She prepared the welcome breakfast once I arrived. She also sent me to the airport on the day of my departure. I feel home away from home. All staff in the villas are friendly and caring. I definitely recommend to stay there if you plan to visit Rarotonga.

We enjoyed our stay at Kia Orana Villas and Spa. The staff were great & helpful. Sane & Joe were very friendly & hospitable. When we arrived the weather wasn't the best but it was ok cause it gave us time to relax & booked us a foot massage, hot stone & pedicure for the next day. Thanks Nancy. 😊 Thanks Tevita for helping out with my Husband when he was having issues with connection to the WIFI & Henry with the chair.

The only thing that we found was the floor was slippery especially when it's wet but other than that everything else was great.

Instructions was given via email was helpful and easy to follow especially when we arrive early morning and first time in the island.

Very friendly and professional staff. The propert was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was immaculately maintained. Swimming pool and Spa were tops as the weather was not great for Swimming and going to the beach. Message service was awesome and great to be able to access it

There was no view or window for the bedroom and seemed dark. Shower outside was a bit slippery and might need a bar to hold on to for safety. Towels were clean but poor quality. The shower in the second room was small and adult children were not confident to use it so they used the main bedroom shower outside. Bath were not used. Overall I think it was worth the dollars and will definitely go back there

Friendliness of the host and staff on site. The accommodation was peaceful and perfectly equipped. Sane - the Host - was very helpful when an emergent situation arose. Quick to assist! I went with my elderly grandparents, and they loved it! The pool and hot tubs were also very nice! Parking was easy and there were many options open to the guests! The location is perfect as it is out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but is also close enough if you were to walk/cycle. We had a car however I cycled and walked most places! There is an amazing assortment of DVDs at reception, so ensure to have a look and enjoy! Air conditioning is available and worked perfectly! 10/10 stay! I recommend Kia Orana Villas and Spa to travellers looking for great accommodation for an affordable price! It really does have everything you need.

Loved everything about the property, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Besides getting locked in the bathroom one time, the guy who helped us was very nice and helped us get it open. everything was amazing and a great quiet place to stay.

We loved the comfy bed, coffee machine and the aesthetic of the whole place. Sunny and her team are super lovely and professional as well as helpful. We enjoyed our conversations with them and other guests at breakfast. It was nice to be away from the main hustle and bustle and nestled on the back street amongst the green! We had a hire car so getting around was easy.

We came during the holiday period so at times we didn’t get the included breakfast as it was a public holiday/Sunday. No matter, it was something we overlooked when booking and we had plenty of fruit around to fill us up.

Amazing Location, the facilities were better in person than in photos, everything was clean, and this facility had everything we needed as a family of 4. The swimming pool was great for those hot days and yes we even tried the Spa (hot tubs). Breakfast in the morning was great - exactly what we needed before heading out on a big day. The staff made us feel welcome every time they saw us. Highly recommend WIFI at Kia Orana Villas as staying on Mobile on Raro is very average. if the staff offer you thermal bottles for drinking water (free offering - we didn't have to pay) - take it! keeps your water refreshing and cold throughout the day! that really helped us when out and about.

It rained a bit in Raro - but because the facilities are so good - we had no complaints from my daughters (aged 16 and 20).

The complex was well maintained (thanks to Joe & his team) and our Villa (Villa 10) was immaculate. Sane is a fantastic & welcoming host, and Lai is superb in the Café, baking exceedingly naughty, but lovely pancakes & doughnuts. The Housekeeping team were fantastic, sorry chaps, shame on me, but I can’t remember your names. The Owners are very lucky to have this team on board. These guys are what makes the place tick as smoothly as it does. We had made a bit of a whoopsie with our dates (forgetting that Rarotonga is a day behind us), however on emailing Sane, it was sorted out easily. Our villa was spacious and airy, thankfully it had both aircon & two ceiling fans so it was very pleasant in the room. The villa had a fully equipped kitchen and we had no problem in catering for ourselves when we wanted to or on a Sunday when almost everything is closed. Apart from at breakfast we were hardly aware of the other residents. Everyone was well behaved with no raucous parties late at night. We are not great beach people, so Kia Ōrāna Villas was ideal for us, but it does have a great pool and spa baths. It is nearer the main town than the resorts around Muri Beach, the villa is an easy 15-20 minute walk to town and there is plenty of parking for cars / mopeds. Despite what Booking.com says, they don’t have airport transfer, but there are plenty of taxis available at the airport ($15 per person to anywhere on the island). We went into lockdown and the Cook Islands closed the travel bubble the night that we arrived back home, however, we would have been more than happy to stay at the Villas until the bubble reopened. We rarely use an accommodation more than once, but Kia Ōrāna Villas will be top of our list for our next visit. Thanks Chaps for a wonderful holiday.

The owners are very lucky to have such excellent staff. It makes the business what it is and sets it apart from other places. Sane, Lai, Joe and the rest of team are so welcoming, nothing is a problem. Exceptional service Lai does our breakfasts and every morning gives us new delicious morsels to eat. I can't wait to see what he has created. That is why Kia Orana Villas is a standout.

Excellent location, staff lovely and helpful. Comfortable beds. Really close to the supermarket, clean and tidy. 2 minute drive to a gym. Loved it. Great value for money. Staff really accommodating ❤️
