Posizione comoda, ma non vicinissimo alla metro (soprattutto con valigie). Stanze belle, bagni spaziosi, colazione buona.
Non facilissimo da trovare, sui siti come Maps la posizione non è corretta.

Compliments to Ya Qiao Ling (亚巧玲), Zhang Ya Qin (张雅琴) and Wang Jian Rong (王建荣) from Housekeeping.
Qiao Ling arranged for the collection of our clothes from the self-serve dryer as we joined a tour group and can't wait for the dryer to be done (about 1 hr 40 mins) during the operating hours of 8:30am to 10pm.

El hotel es precioso, sencillamente, todo nuevo, decorado con sumo gusto y muy agradable todo.
El desayuno especialmente rico y el restaurante también. Cenamos varios días allí y nos encantó.
La ubicación muy cómoda, cerca del centro y de la muralla

Location of the hotel is good... surrounded by shopping centres and the rooms are very spacious. All the staff all very helpful too! They helped my elderly aunt up & down whenever there are staircases, and the manager even packed fruits & pastry for us to take on the high speed rail train to eat. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely book this hotel again if we are in xian!

Good hotel, good location
Staff, unfriendly and gave me the keys to the room which locked me in the elevator because they were demagnetised. The ladies looked bored and uninterested. If they want to have more clients this is a big area for improvement.

La habitación muy moderna, limpia y agradable. El personal, pese a no hablar nada de inglés, muy atento y amable. Nos ayudaron en todo momento con cualquier petición. Usaban una app de traducción para comunicarse.
La dirección era incorrecta en varias aplicaciones (la calle era la indicada, pero el número no). Google Maps no lo ubica correctamente (está unos 200m más lejos).
El desayuno era pobre pero estaba incluido así que era aceptable.

Good location near to many eateries. The restaurants downstairs are pretty good. Reasonably big room size so it is a comfortable stay. They are very generous in providing free bottled water.

The location is good and the hotel room is super and Staff is amazing! They will provided any assistance you need.
This hotel even offers free high tea which drinks such as coffee and team and some small tibits and snacks.

地理位置优越， 早餐，下午茶， 晚餐都不错。 the location is excellent, super close to clock tower and easy to walk to the walls. The breakfast and afternoon tea are free too, also about dinner you can get a great local foods too. Meanwhile, there are many restaurants, shopping mall around here.
The gym. The time could be open earlier like 6am, and the equipment. I meant it looks pretty old and sad. Eventually I used a commercial gym next to the hotel. With the price we pay, I’m expecting more descent gym equipment. An idea as suggestions, just have some dumbbells will be much better.

Exellent location and architecture of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Impressive lobby and very nice interior of the hotel.

The room was spacious for two people, clean, comfortable, with all basic amenities and comforts. The staff was very helpful, responded quickly to whatever was needed/requested.
the lobby area could have had more seating space. As people often gather up at lobbies and wait for each other, 9 chairs are quickly occupied and so some guest may be left standing.
