Everything about the house and yard was wonderful! It had everything we needed and then some! Pool, hot tub, comfortable beds, lovely everything ! The hosts were phenomenal and a joy to work with. A 10 out of 10! Highly recommend and we will be back if we are ever in Tuscon again!

My only negative would be that we missed having cable on the tv. The NBA playoffs were on and we couldn't watch it in the living room. Thanks again you guys for a great stay at your property!

We loved staying at the Blue Wolff Resort! It was very clean, spacious and the backyard is beautiful. The place had everything we needed and there was a park close by and some walking trails which we loved. Todd and Stacey were very accommodating and had great communication! We will definitely be back again!

What an awesome place to stay. The new hot tub was great as well as the pool and putting green in the yard. The communication couldn’t have been better and I truly hope to come back soon and stay here again.

My husband and I have been frequent VRBO guests over the years. The Blue Wolff Resort was the fourth long-term (Jan-Feb) VRBO property we’ve rented in the Tucson area. Our search for the perfect property in which to annually spend six weeks has finally ended. Yay! We’ve already booked Blue Wolff again for next year. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super convenient to shops, restaurants, walking trails, and golf courses. The house is open plan with lots of natural light. It’s well decorated, has a welcoming backyard/pool area with plenty of seating, and a well-equipped efficient kitchen. There’s also plenty of storage (important for long-term renters). We’re so happy Blue Wolff Resort ticked all the boxes for us, and we get to return next year.

This property is nicely furnished and equipped with good quality furniture, utensils, amenities, linen, etc. and, in this respect, rises well above the average rental. The three bedrooms are all well-sized, there is plenty of bathroom access, the living spaces have comfortable seating and spacious layouts. The backyard is private and delightful. We have rented all over the world. This was a great value, safe, and very convenient.

Very comfy house with upscale furnishings and some cool amenities! We very much enjoyed our stay here. Most importantly the beds were very comfortable! We do recommend! A couple items that could be improved: 1. Update all the TVs to smart TVs. This is a fairly minimal expense for how much it would have improved our experience. There was one roku which was ok but we still had to move it from room to room to watch what we wanted and it was very laggy. 2. The hot tub water was somewhat low and there was already some sand and dirt in the bottom which wasn't a big deal, but would have been a nice touch to have it perfectly clean. 3. The sofa was EXTREMELY dusty! When I sat down a huge cloud went shooting out. Might be time to upgrade the furniture or do a very deep asthma approved cleaning or maybe get some air filters. 4. The water pressure was very low. Some places this can't be helped due to location, but it's just something we each noticed. These are fairly minor gripes and overall we really enjoyed the stay. Convenient enough to the city but also far enough away we felt safer and could also see the stars! The "take-a-wine-leave-a-wine" basket was a cute touch. I really enjoyed some of the unique pieces of furniture too. The living room coffee table is so cool! Once we arrived at the airport and throughout our stay the host was quick to respond to my inquiries and the check-in/access process was as easy as could be. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful accommodations. Well appointed and comfy beds. Super clean. Backyard is a dream. The heated pool and hot tub made it easy to spend time outside even in January. Lots of little seating scenarios that made family time easy to facilitate. Great hosts! We will definitely stay here again if travel takes us back to Tucson.

Wonderful! Great house, in a great neighborhood, in a great part of the city. In just the right place for what we were interested in (hiking, biking) and so convenient to anywhere else. We will definitely come back to this house!

We were looking for a budget friendly place with a heated pool and wow this place blew us away! The house was gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. The place was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. It was bright and open and extremely comfortable. Todd was an extraordinary host-he is super sweet and attentive and he actually says to you “call me anytime at all if you need anything” and he truly means it. He is extremely quick to take care of any issues that might arise. This place provides absolutely everything you need to make your stay comfortable including many things that most other houses don’t provide like Tupperware, foil and Saran Wrap, night lights in all the bathrooms, and a lot of extras that you typically never find in other rentals. The pots and pans were all high quality and the bedding and towels were plush and soft and all looked brand new. We were blown away that we paid so little for this house but got Five star resort quality service and standards. We rent many houses and this was by far the best one we’ve ever rented. Todd and Stacey you guys need to start teaching classes to other hosts on how to be a good host - it seriously doesn’t get better than this. Thank you so much for hosting your amazing home!

We just loved this house! It really felt like a home vs “just a rental”. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The access to all things Tucson is very good. The house is well stocked, and the backyard is an oasis. If we find ourselves back in AZ, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay! The house was just what we wanted and the backyard was so relaxing. Todd was wonderful.

I stayed here with my parents (80s) and my brother. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was supplied with everything we needed including in kitchen where we ate every morning and cooked a couple of dinners. The beds were very comfortable and pool was relaxing especially in the heat (90s-100s). The area was very quiet and had many shopping and dining options within 5 miles of home. I will definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Tucson.

We are already planning a return! Absolutely wonderful stay. House is spotless. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Outdoor space is a dream - quiet and relaxing. Loved the pool! Nice neighborhood - quiet and safe. Kitchen is well stocked. Centrally located - easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to travel to Saguaro and Mount Lemmon. Check in and check out was easy and host was responsive and super friendly. We didnt want our stay to end. A wonderful experience.

It is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a lovely pool, hot tub, and landscaped backyard. We are so happy to have found this little oasis in the Tucson desert and hope one day to visit again. One of the best homes we've stayed at! Appreciate pets not being allowed and being able to park our vehicle in the garage. Thankful for the level of cleanliness of the home and ease of checking in to the place. Looking forward to returning and staying at one of their other properties!

This was the best rental we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was provided and readily available. Very clean, spacious, convenient location. The back yard was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Wolff Resort on our first trip to Tucson. The house was very relaxing, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities all times of day, including breakfast under the lanai in the cool mornings, a dip in the pool during the hot afternoons and hot tubbing at night after a long day out hiking. The house is roughly a 20-30 min drive to most sites in and around Tucson. We found some great restaurants in the Oro Valley and north Tucson neighborhoods. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of four. Todd was very easy to work with and responsive. We hope to return!
