No fault of yours, but the 1st night a small crowd gathered across the street, on 108 and where the street hits the sand. They had an amplifier so loud you would think you were at a rock concert and that is how it sounded inside our place. We don't have a phone, we could not call the police, but finally at about 12:30, the police showed up and moved them on. It was horrisble even though their music was very good. They were yelling a lot too. Also, this is not a complaint, but I had to clean the glass divider between the 2 balconies and also the top of the a/c unit. I had to wipe the table cloth too. No biggie. I believe one of the deck chairs is broken, maybe it just needs an adjustment. I just remembered, I had to wipe the window sills too, but I'm not complaining. The place is beautiful. This is not your fault, but I don't really like sitting on leather or faux leather sofas, they don't seem cozy to me. Thanks for everything. Mary Ann
