The room was clean and well prepared to welcome a guest. Directly after I got into the room, I felt like I have been living here for a while already :) The host instructed me everything when I needed via message , and replied my question quickly.

The property is well appointed, close to public transport, in a quiet location and comfortable and clean. The host for the property is extremely helpful and responsive. This is my third stay and I will come again.

Perfect location. Clean and compact little apartment. Host very responsive to any questions or requests. Complementary clean of appartments after first of two weeks was appreciated.

Access to a washing machine would be helpful particularly for guests that stay longer.

The location is perfect, 15 mins walk to the downtown of Bad Godesberg

There is no washing machine which is not convenient for those who stay longer because the laundry will close on Sunday and we have to carry them to walk to the downtown. If they can arrange a paid washer would be good

It was warm and cosy, very spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, reasonably well equipped kitchen, quiet suburban location in walking distance from restaurants and shops, adequate parking, helpful hosts, spotlessly clean.

Could have done with more pillows and a hand towel for the kitchen. Might not be suitable for families with small children: be aware that there is no second bedroom, the extra bed is in the kitchen (behind a screen). Some information on how to use the induction hob on paper would have been useful, rather than the video provided online which did not work for us. And don't think you can work it out for yourselves :-)

Essentials were provided overall impression quite spartan. Kitchen equipment rather random (felt like cast-off items). No freezer. Advertised 'second bedroom' was a bed IN the kitchen - misleading description. No microwave or safe as advertised. The house (3 apartments on 3 levels) is so poorly insolated that we could not escape our co-guests' conversation on the next floor. Not well-suited for a guesthouse! . The name 'Hygge' (meaning comfortable and welcoming) seems to be creative marketing instead of truly providing a positive guest experience.. Would not return.
