Spent a lot of time in the pool, actually from an early morning dip to a refreshing swim midday to a must evening dip before bed, they had a handy bar fridge & BBQ area near by. Our accommodation was Ta’i which was spacious & very comfortable overlooking the complex.
Possibly a key to the laundry & a clothesline (which we didn’t have) but saying that if I needed to do any washing all you had to do is ask & Neil was happy to open the Laundry.

Great location, very close to popular snorkeling and swimming spots (short bus trip or in a car). The onsite facilities in the upstairs villa were exactly what we expected and needed. The villa is located in a secluded (and quiet) spot which was ideal for our trip! Very helpful and friendly onsite staff, provided good recommendations and assisted with anything else we needed. The pool was lovely and well kept. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Second time back with a group of friends. Great place for couples to enjoy with 3 x 2 bedroom units. Very private oasis to yourselves if you book the whole place and good value for money.

nothing of great importance but I would have made the lighting in the apartment a bit cosier and there was no washing machine. No majors!

Really beautiful location, nice apartment and really friendly hosts. Free hire car which meant that it didnt matter that it was on the far side of the island from Muri beach in fact this was nice as it meant it was quieter. We really loved the pool area and the frowny cat that came to say hello!

We had a wonderful stay at Arcadia Resort and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were spotless and the grounds were very well maintained. We happened to be part of the group that was left stranded by Jet Star in the middle of the night - so we returned to Arcadia to figure out our options. Carey and Liv were just wonderful, they scooped us up, got us some coffee and much needed reassurance. They then got us into some alternative accommodation which was just wonderful. They went above and beyond what could be expected of customer service and I will be forever grateful for their hospitality. What could have potentially been a terrible end of our holiday then became a delightful extension. Thanks again Liv and Carey - your help was very much appreciated. Lucy and Natalie.
