Amazing location as well as superb communication with the owner. We love the area and plan to return.

Beach house was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were comfortable and home was spacious and well maintained. Private residential beach is just steps away. Could see family at beach from upstairs balcony. Host was very accommodating and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Great location to restaurants, grocery stores, and just steps from the beach. We spent a week at this property and it had a great view of the beach from the porch and balcony. The property owner is very attentive and provided recommendations when asked for places to eat and things to see.

Had nice view of the ocean from bedroom deck. It was great to be able to walk right down to the beach from back door/patio. The garage was helpful to store bikes and surfboards. It was like having full house on the beach compared to just a room. The place was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was close by and readily available.

Well stocked, well furnished and comfortable for the 4 of us. Right on the beach with great views of the sunrise. Within walking distance along the beach, to some beachside bars and restaurants. Johnny is a great host and he checked in on us after we checked in, as well as when we checked out. We will definitely be back.

We all absolutely loved our stay. This is so much better than staying in a high rise condo wit a crowded beach! Amazing views. Steps to the ocean. The owner is as friendly as they come.

This is a great townhome in a really convenient location. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops in both Melbourne Beach & Indialantic. The owner is very hands-on and he leaves the property very well equipped. He seems to genuinely care about providing a stress-free stay for clients and even called to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals from home. There are also beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and other miscellaneous beach items that are stored in the garage and available to tenants. The beach access is private, convenient and beautiful. We got to wake up to see amazing sunrises and freshly dug sea turtle nests every morning. All-in-all, it's a great property and we'll definitely come back for another stay.

We loved our stay! The place was roomy and clean. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the deck and it was overall very private. Not many other people at any given time.

We enjoyed our stay the location was nice being right on the beach, good restaurants near by, clean unit and an overall great spot.

The place was everything we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable beds, stocked with everything you will need for your stay at the beach. I had the pleasure of meeting Johnny, the property owner. What a great person! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and you really enjoy your stay. If I plan on visiting this area again it will most likely be here. I definitely recommend renting this property!

This was the absolute perfect location and around everything that we needed. Great view on the balcony and my kids had a blast going to and from the ocean as needed.

great week at the beach

Very nice home, a few steps from the beach. We told the owner the refrigerator wasn't getting drinks that cold and within hours he had it changed out, amazing! He was a great communicator and great person. The home is very nice and I would easily recommend it to anyone! Firshing gear, toys, umbrellas, and more available to renter. Our thanks for letting us stay in your home!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome was clean and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed watching our neighbors fish during the day and we loved getting to see the sea turtles come to lay their eggs every night. We were even able to see some baby sea turtles rescued from a nest that had hatched during our trip. Beautiful view from the upper balcony and just steps away from the sand.

We so enjoyed our vacation on the beach. The condo was a walk to the beach and as described. Had an issue with a water leak but the owner was very responsive. Close to grocery and great restaurants! The garage was fully stocked with beach chairs, fishing poles, boogie boards, sand toys! We had a nice time!

My children and I stayed at this rental home and had a wonderful time! The location is fantastic. I would have to say we will forever stay in beachfront homes because they allow you to enjoy the beach so much more than being offshore. We were able to walk out to the beach 5-10 times a day as we pleased. We didn't have to load up the car to enjoy the ocean. This home is sensible and efficient! Next time we will just pack our clothes, beach towels, and sunscreen. Literally, all else is provided. We used the beach umbrellas and lawn chairs that were in the garage. There is an abundant supply of kitchenware including pots, pans, and even dish towels. I mean the owners of this home really thought out what would be needed to make the home functional for visitors. My children all said it felt like home. There is way more closet space and drawers than could ever be needed. The showers were always hot and the AC was perfect. The master bedroom's mattress is a bit firm. I have a bad back so it was fine with me, but others might want to lay down one of the large fleece throws from the closet. The bedding was all very clean. I usually bring my own sheets to lay down in hotels but I felt completely comfortable using the ones provided here. It was all comfy Ralph Lauren bedding. Another perk is the shower outside. It was nice being able to rinse off before entering the house. The cable was excellent and my kids were all able to go to their rooms and watch tv shows and free on demand movies between family activities. The wifi was also nice. The washer and dryer were amazing! There is a setting for quick wash that only took 26 mins to wash all the wet beach clothes and have them dryed and ready for use again within an hour! Be warned! The oven is a bit of a beast! I would lower the temp at least 25-50 degrees less than what is called for. I need one like this at home. Overall this has been the best family vacation for our large family.

The location is great. You have beach access out your back door and Cocoa Beach is a short drive away. Cocoa Beach is more commercialized so you can find plenty of that excursions there. The house was very clean when we arrived. Quiet location and the neighbors were great. Johnny checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was kosher and was very helpful with everything we needed. There’s lots of chairs and beach amenities in the garage. This is when I would normally list any complaints but I have none. Was a great vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation at the property. Johnny was great throughout the process. He checked in to make sure everything was going well with us. The location is perfect. The pictures and description of property are fully accurate-the ocean really is on your doorstep. Easy access to shops, Starbucks, Publix and delicious restaurants that offer take out due to COVID. We are looking forward to staying again.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay, and this townhouse had exactly what we needed. The access to the beach is very easy, and there was no problem social distancing since it is away from the heavy trafficked areas. The full kitchen enabled us to accommodate my kid's meal preferences and minimize the restaurant exposure. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer available, so that we could keep our beach attire clean. We had plenty of room to accommodate the 5 of us, and my kids had a blast. Johnny was very helpful and responsive, and I enjoyed working with him. The downsides of our trip were all nit-picky in-general and are listed to help future guests. The king sized bed in the master is too firm for our preferences, so if you like softer beds you may want to consider bringing an "egg crate" pad. The dryer is stacked on the washer, and the buttons and menu are hard to see if you are less than 6 ft or so. The garage is attached to the house, but no access directly between the garage and house. We had intended to pull into the garage and unload from there to avoid the rain. The last one was we had three water bugs in the house when we arrived. I know that it is Florida and they are everywhere, but I thought that the maid service would have addressed them that morning since they were out in the open. Luckily we encountered no additional unintended visitors on our trip.

we originally were going to stay in gulf shores Ala but thanks to hurricane Sally our plans changed my wife was online for 8 hours when she found this place but glad she did the beach was amazing the house a little smaller than we were going to rent but did the job just fine johnny did great explaining everything to sum up we had an amazing time love the house if you want piece and quiet beautiful beach call johnny v thanks

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The location couldn't be better and the accommodations are really comfortable. The view from the upstairs balcony is beautiful.

On the beach! Clean comfortable.

Just a few steps to the uncrowded beach, and the small grassy area off the patio was convenient for our small dog. Plenty of good restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. Two of the dining chairs appeared to be "outdoor" chairs, which was strange. Great balcony off the master bedroom!!!! Bathroom photos were not the ones in this unit, must be the ones next door (same owner). Two of the 3 bathrooms were very nicely finished. The only disappointment was local law that required no lights after dark on the beach side of the house, because of nesting sea turtles...which meant no lights on the patio or open curtains after dark.

We had a great time on Melbourne beach and loved the townhome . It had everything we needed and Johnny was great to work with and stopped in to make sure everything was perfect . Highly recommend this to anyone needing a relaxing week on the beach .

I want to start off by saying that Johnny is the best host ever. We booked the rental and all of our interactions with Johnny were so positive. He was only interested in making sure our stay was the best possible. Upon arrival we we're so incredibly happy with the decision to book this property. The town home was beautifully finished. Spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. The beach was just steps away. We will be back next year.

Had a wonderful and relaxing time. The owner was great and I have never been more happy with a vacation. My wife and I hadn't taken our own vacation for a few years and this is where we settled. The bedrooms were great, the kitchen was stocked and the fridge makes ice. I started the coffee pot then set up the beach equipment and was inside before the pot was finished brewing. Room in the garage for your car and I recommend this place to anyone. We will be back!

Great location convenient to everything fine restaurants and shopping the property and the views are magnificent. Everywhere in the house I could see the waves breaking in the ocean . The owner was very nice and we will be back.

We loved our stay! The property is perfect. We loved the fact the beach was quiet and not crowded during our Spring break vacation. Johnny was really great to work with and helped make sure our trip was everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and we plan to come back.
