Excellent nearby beach, not crowded

Great location with ocean views. Vacasa communication throughout was excellent. The resort itself was well maintained and the site staff were very helpful and friendly. There were a couple of cosmetic issues with the apartment that needed attention, but other than that the accommodation was ideal for the two of us and I’d be more than happy to return at some point in the future.

Some external balcony space would have been great, but due to the design of the complex, none was available for this apartment, which was a shame.

The location and overall facility (pool, etc. )were ckean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the overall decor was nice. Beach umbrella was good, but NOT the chairs. (See other notes) The selection of TV programming was good. The selection of games, puzzles, and books was appreciated.

The sleeper/couch was NOT comfortable to sit on: It pitched you forward so much we took the extra bed pillows and put them under the couch cushions for it to be usable. The light in the kitchen area was not working, and our call to condo owner/Vacasa to report it on day one was not productive. We were told that someone would be sent out the following day to fix the issue, but no one called or showed up. Also, the coffee maker did not work properly: It's glass pitcher is not the right size to allow the coffee to flow properly. (The original pitcher was probably broken/replaced.) We did not report the faulty coffee maker since our original report about the malfuctioning light was ignored. The beach chairs provided were not really "beach chairs". The supplied umbrella style collapsible chairs provided are not designed to relax in. Yes, you can sit on them,... but not relax w/o them digging into your shoulder blades. (The owner should replace them with actual beach chairs) A small cooler to take down to the beach would have been appreciated as well.

It was cozy, clean, and well-furnished! Very close to the beach and local dining. The pool was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The one sink was a slow-drainer, but didn’t significantly impact anything. The steps became a little slippery when wet and could be dangerous to someone climbing in or after rain.

It’s right on the beach. Great view of the ocean. Peaceful area. Clean and comfortable. Serviceable kitchenette. Abundance of towels. Management company was very accommodating. The grounds were well kept. Pool was beautiful but we didn’t use it. went to the beach every day.

Our room was on the third floor and there’s no elevator. Steps are steep. No patio! Sliding glass door with a guard rail. Ceiling fans would help. Bathroom is small.
