The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything needed to enjoy our holiday. The price was good and it's so close to the beach and town centre, buses and train station.

The building that the apartment is in looks a bit dated. .could do with a repaint but the main corridor is clean and well lit...

Gated so we knew we were secure,very clean and spacious apartment with everything we would need for our stay,a minutes walk away from the beachfront and only a five minute stroll to the main shopping and restaurant area

Our own fault.because we are what is now called essential workers and have been so restricted by the pandemic we have to take time out when we could.so our visit was a little later than we would usually opt for,the pool was closed for seasons end,so we missed out on a splash about.but that is nothing to do with the apartment

No Wi-fi - but if you walk up to the Inn on the Green at the front tables you can connect to the internet without needing a password

It was clean spacious and very comfortable. The pool was a joy nice and heated. It was like a home from home. It was a brilliant location to be fir visiting areas of interest in Devon would definitely stay again and recommend. The hosts are a phone call away should they be needed. Absolutely enjoyed staying

We had a lovely week here! Apartment was great, plenty of room for the 3 of us, really well equipped and nice that it overlooked the pool which we used every day. Beds really comfy. Location very quiet at night. Couple of minutes walk from beach and pier and 5 mins from town centre for shops/restaurant. For us the pool is a huge bonus as we’re a family of water babies, used the heated pool daily as well as lots of sea swims. Would recommend the paddle board hire on the beach - only £10 for an hour and great fun. The communication from Alex was excellent with all the information we needed provided being very clear. Would definantly visit again.

Can’t fault apartment at all. There is a hotel being built close to the apartment and funfair along Paignton seafront which we felt ruined the look of the place on arrival. However, don’t let this put you off, there was no bothersome noise and this apartment is a gem! Overall we really liked Paignton as a location and loads to do for families with kids.

Communication with the host exceptional, The apartment was lovely and clean, spacious bedroom and comfy beds. Loved the pool and great that there is secure car parking to. Literally just across the road to the beach, pier. Just perfect.

The only downside is no WiFi. We didn’t really need it as weather was good but I think if weather had been bad it would have been missed.

Was located near seafront and near shops had an amazing Time

The location was amazing. Heated outdoor pool kept us busy and was exactly what we were looking for.

The only thing that could improve the apartment is WiFi, the signal in the area is poor. The TV in the living room is a smart TV which cannot be accessed due to poor signal/ no Internet connection

The entire apartment was very clean and super cozy. The main double bed was so comfortable, and the pillows too! Everything essential was provided. Great location as well!

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need, including books and games for rainy days. Lots of leaflets and local information provided. We arrived quite late at night and were pleased to find a bottle of milk in the fridge to go with the tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the shower was great. The location was superb, a stone's throw from the beach and a few minutes from shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes etc, and the allocated parking space was a bonus as there was no free parking nearby. Although if you didn't have a car, there were plenty of buses to other parts of South Devon and the railway station was just a five minute walk away. I would highly recommend 57 Esplanade Court.

Keys were in a key safe . 20 minutes free parking spot to unload the car . Apartment was through a gated entrance and up a flight of stairs. Location is minutes from the sea front by foot . There is a communal grassed area and a pool which was shut during our April visit. Apartment was immaculately cleaned and all bedding was ready . Milk in the fridge , coffee and tea available and a packet of cookies too.

To be honest all was pretty good .There is no negatives that I can think of. Could of ordered a warmer wind for the sea front perhaps ?
