Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!! Nachdem wir beim Hotel um 01:00 Uhr angekommen sind, wollten wir auf den Check-in in der Lobby warten. Komischer weise hat man uns abgewiesen obwohl wir am selben Tag einen check in hatten. Sie haben uns weggeschickt also warteten wir vor dem Hotel auf einer Bank. Selbst da ist jemand gekommen und hat gesagt wir dürfen uns hier nicht aufhalten. Man hat uns einfach nach der langen reise wo wir fix und fertig waren in der Dunkelheit ohne Akku auf die Straße geschickt. Obwohl ich sie angefleht habe, dagegen etwas zu unternehmen, hat es den Hotel Direktor überhaupt nicht interessiert. Und nach einer Beschwerde wurde ich sogar von einem Herren angeschrien und er hat mich auch danach sehr schief angeschaut. In meinem Zimmer wurde eine Stange Zigaretten geklaut. Leider kam da auch kein Ergebnis obwohl die Dame bei der Beschwerde versucht hat uns weiterzuhelfen. Außerdem versucht man bei diesem Hotel einen abzuziehen. Die Strandhandtücher holt man unten beim Hamam & SPA Bereich damit die Mitarbeiter sehr dringlich den kunden Angebote machen und lange aufhalten können. Wlan gibt es zwar aber nicht in den Zimmern. Für die Zimmern kostet es extra und sogar der safe im Zimmer kostet 2€ pro Tag. Eine riesengroße Frechheit. Außerdem läuft alle 3 lieder deutschrap mit starken Kraftausdrücken. Für Kinder ist das kein guter umgang. Und von wegen Meeresblick ich sehe auf meinem Balkon nur einen Schrotthaufen und Trümmern. Ich empfehle es keinem.

1-The swimming pool. 2-The food.

1- The staff at the reception either during the check in or check out, both are very rude and unpolite. 2- The rooms and overall Hotel facilities does not at all feel like you're in 5 stars hotel. 3-The Beach is far from the hotel.

The location is close to everything, the staff are helpful,, the gusts mostly Germans which means elegant and simple and sophisticated, Fatosh the receptionists is very sweet lady and speaks good English, also Layla at the restaurant is very kind and helpful,,wahiiudin the jewelry owner is very kind and respectful man he sold me jewelry in a very decent price also made a good discount, all the staff are helpful and some speaks Arabic which is a very good brivallge like Sami the activity guy.

The way they remove the food from the display at the proper time which means if you miss the meal time one minute you will sleep hungry or you go and buy your self a sandwich,, crane digging sounds ( new constructions beside) .

The view, we paid for a sea view room, it was lovely

Kids running around with no parental supervision, they were throwing peanuts off the corridors onto guests in the reception/lobby

The hotel was very nice, our room was amazing with a pool and beach view. The food was very nice with a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and approachable at all times. The beach is literally a few minutes walk from the hotel and the beach bar is very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a holiday in Side.
