Convenient location, friendly staff, it fit our needs perfecly.
No real cons. It was not fancy but everything worked.

how hot it was in the hallways, no elevator, not many breakfast items to choose from, no way to turn on shower before getting in so you freeze until it warms up

Arrived at the property and was told my room was canceled by booking.com, Then was informed the hotel was booked. Had to find another hotel after traveling over 5 hours. I will not use that hotel or booking.com EVER.

The staff was nice
The room has a bad stinch to it. The sheets smelled horribly bad! Had to go buy febreze to spray the sheets and the room itself. The room is so dark and gloomy. Went into the room and the AC was off, it was so humid in the room

Our room was comfortable, very clean, beds were comfortable, shower was amazing. Great location. Close to downtown. Very quiet. Staff was super accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Breakfast was not good. If you weren’t a coffee drinker, the only other option was water. Instant grits and oatmeal, no milk or butter plus yogurt. Not good selection at all. The equal of NO breakfast.

It was quiet. Plenty of towels and the sheets were clean
The 1 drink machine was out of order. And I was watching TV and a roach crawled across the desk it was sitting on. Was the only 1 I seen and it's dead now, but it still happened.

I didn't eat there.!!
I saw a roach the first time I step in the hotel room. I work night shifts and booked a room for 2 nights Nov. 6 to Nov
8. I had to work the night of Nov. 5 so I didn't booked a room for that night cause I worked that night. I got off from work that morning of Nov. 6 and was tried from work that night. I went to the hotel that morning to see if I could stay that morning cause I already paid for that night. The guy at the front desk denied my request and made me wait until 2 pm to get my room after I paid for that night and after done worked 12 hours shift that night of Nov. 5. I was absolutely disappointed very disappointed and was force to sleep in my car that day until 2p.m. I am a traveler and a Nurse working on the front lines saving lives and I was treated like trash.

The fridge in the room barley kept my Medication cool. Not enough towels, soap or shampoo. The Shower was too short for my partner.. And breakfast did not have creamer for the overly strong black coffee.
The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well
