the room smelled and the tub was very dirty

the mexican restaurant nearby had good food.

slowest check in ever. the lady stayed on the phone for a good 10 min after we got there and it took forever to check in. they are too lazy to clean so there is not even breakfast and the coffee maker in the room is broken.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

booking.com said breakfast included, not the case. gal said, “that ain’t on me!!” No tissues, shampoo, coffee filter, etc. hope the person before me was clean, na cause I’m pretty sure they didn’t change the sheets.

i did not feel safe, most rooms were padlocked closed permanently, group of men drinking beer by my door, i left and checked in to Red Roof Inn

was advertised in travel guide and wouldn’t honor the price because they were transitioning owner. no breakfast as stated. no ice machines worked.

Room were not vacuumed. Smelled of smoke in no smoking rooms.

nothing Booking posted misleading pictures of property and conditions.

Booking and property are scamming me out of my refund by putting the blame and responsibility on each other.

Looks like a low budget facility

Very good staff assistance at reception. Room was quiet and comfortable, housekeeping had done a good job. Good value for money.

Bathroom area could use some minor repairs, nothing serious, but possibly due to age of property? However, bathroom was clean and housekeeping had everything clean. Also, no breakfast noted, but there were breakfast options nearby.

It was close to I-95 route

Staff including the manager who i got on the phone, were confrontational and not helpful. When breakfast did not arrive by truck so the "free breakfast" was nonexistent (but was still free!) the concept of some adjustment (like a coupon for $5 off the next time I stay at a Clarion : this is win-win ; customer feels like they got something and since I am planning on never staying at a Clarion again , the company loses no money!) was met with derision. Which is a poor method in the field of customer relations. The location was a bit challenging to find for my GPS, tucked in where the hotel was.
