Hideaway est un cottage bien aménagé de cèdre dans un quartier calme donnant sur Papes Glen et le parc national. Il est situé à proximité des pistes bushwalking et 1. 5 km de la zone commerçante Blackheath Village offrant des cafés, des restaurants et des magasins d'antiquités.
Parfait emplacement central pour explorer les Blue Mountains. Dans disque facile à belvédères locales Govettes Leap et Evans Head. 10min en voiture de Katoomba (Three Sisters, Skyway, chemin de fer panoramique) et lecteur de 30min à Jenolan Caves.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement
Ce chalet a une surface habitable très spacieuse offrant un foyer à combustion lente et chauffage au gaz canalisé dans tout le chalet - parfait pour les nuits froides d'hiver. Le salon spacieux dispose d'une grande télévision 101cm LCD avec lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et un système stéréo. Il y a un grand choix de films vidéo et DVD, ainsi que des jeux de société fournis pour rendre votre séjour agréable et confortable.
Le manger dans la cuisine est bien équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, etc. Profitez des perspectives de brousse de la table à manger et regarder les visites fréquentes de kookaburras et rosellas sur le balcon arrière.

Comfortable house, we stayed in winter and fabulous central heating and fire stove. Lounge was large with almost a couch for each family member. Wifi sufficient for kids/teens and parents online simultaneously, phew. Downstairs table tennis.
Great location, quiet but close to Blue Mountains walks, some from the door. Good choice for family holiday.

Such a welcoming, cosy, tidy, clean place to stay.
We loved having the opportunity to feed the crimson rosellas over breakfast.

Our adult family if 5 stayed comfortably here in October for a wedding. Great space in the loungeroom for everyone to sprawl out. It was clean and pleasant with a wonderful deck & BBQ for entertaining. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great. Wifi service handled all 5 of us being on it with no complaints. Lovely flowers in the garden. Approx 8 steps to get down from parking to the front door. Colourful parrots and magpies sang in the trees. Ducted gas heating was useful as temps swung from 33 down to 4 degrees over night. Happy to stay again.

We rented this property to compete in the 2022 UTA across 3 days. Perfect property with all we needed close enough to the event. Lovely back yard, bird life and quiet street. Would stay again for sure 😊

Great for our family of four. A nice quiet and clean property with a nice wood fire for those cold nights. And lots to entertain when the weather not so good.
A little too far to walk to shops, car required but not too far from all the local attractions.

Very comfortable and cosy home
Hideaway is a well equipped home, with a spacious lounge with FOUR very comfy sofas, a lovely wood fire, large TV, plenty of DVDs and box games. It was lovely to be visited in the morning by crimson rosellas and king parrots. The downstairs games room with a very nice table tennis table is a great feature and much enjoyed. The open aspect over bush land is nice. Handy location. We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and perfect
We loved everything about this place. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable-big comfy lounges, the right number of bedrooms, lots of blankets and pillows, an abundant supply of firewood, everything you need in the kitchen and so quiet! This was our second stay here and we will be back I’m sure!

A group of 5 stayed for a friend's birthday. Great location and very comfortable for the price. Close to Blackheath which has places to eat and nice cafes and bakeries. The house catered well for our needs and plenty of seating in the lounge room around the fire to share some laughs. The was clean and comfortable.

Great house in a quiet and bush setting. Spacious lounge area-great for watching the fire and TV. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Loved feeding the birds and playing the board games. Endless supply of wood a real bonus!! Would definitely return.

Not a resort by any means, but an ideal two night stopover for us while we focused on other activities in the area which were the purpose of our stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything you would need found in the kitchen. Toaster, kettle even a coffee maker. Bathroom clean. Enjoyed the scenery and feeding the parrots. Blackheath shopping area close by car had all the amenities you would want.

The hideaway is well located and the central heating and wood fire make for a great stay in the Blue Mountains in winter. The kids really enjoyed the VHS tapes even if we did have to explain about rewinding......

This home has the best large living space with plenty of comfortable seating around the slow combustion stove. The kitchen is very workable and quite well stocked with equipment. The double rooms are a good size, while the room with 2 single beds was a bit tight - it would have been perfect for children.
Great outlook from the back deck. The barbecue was a welcome addition.
The cottage was very comfortable and quiet and certainly helped us to find the relaxation we were after on our holiday. Thank you for a most pleasant place to stay.

A pleasant three bedroom cottage, plenty of firewood, comfortable beds and couches, lots of hot water. We were unlucky that the central heating was not working and in midwinter with temperatures well below freezing at night it was missed. We would suggest that the rooms should have extra heaters and maybe electric blankets in case that happens again.

We stayed at the Hideaway Cottage Blackheath for 2 nights. Les was very accommodating to our needs. We noticed straight away just how clean the property was. The fireplace was lovely as was the 4 lounges, there were 6 of us staying and we all had plenty of room to be comfortable. Ping Pong was a hit with kids:) We will be staying again..Thankyou:)
