Apartment and the service exceeded expectation and was excellent value for money. Great location and walking distance to all amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and organised ski passes, equipment, lesson and parking at a discounted rate. The heating in the apartment was very good as was the WiFi.

The apartment was relatively basic in relation to decor although it was very clean and had everything we needed for a few days away on the slopes. The curtains in the bedroom didn't keep the light out but that probably helped us to get up in the morning.

The apartment-style was ok, and the location was perfect. It was close to the ski-rental and lift, close to the restaurants. The heating was ok. Facilities also ok. They tried to correct their mistakes, so tried to make effort to satisfy the guests.

The cleaning was awful. We arrived probably after a guest with a pet and our socks and clothes sitting on the sofa, being in the apartment with full of hairs. It was disgusting. After that, I was not comfortable staying there.
