Lack of communication when we encountered issues. No one to contact even when we has problems accessing the property. The two bottom steps of the duplex were broken and extremely dangerous and access to the top floor was not the easiest.
The bedding for the sofa bed was disgusting and pillows were yellow and stained.
They expect you to clean things and leave them as you find them, but they didn’t provide a cloth to dry the stuff with.
Contacted the staff via the whatsapp provided and they didn’t reply until the next day.
Wouldn’t recommended using them.

The apartment was perfect for us. The location couldn't have been better as it's right in the main square just a couple of minutes from the underground car park. Access was really easy with key cards located in a secure box so we didn't have to queue to check in and the building has secure access 24/7. The apartment was really well-equipped, comfortable and warm. It had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again.

the room was very small, the staircase wasn’t even big enough to carry a suit case up. the rooms were very dirty, there was rubbish from the precious people still in the room. the bunk bed was falling apart and dangerous, and we had to ring reception as they had not included any bedding for the sofa bed. no remote for the television. The sofa bed was broken, the dining room chairs were broken

The location was perfect. close to everything and nice views
The price was a little too high compared to quality.
The beds were not good. The stairs were not kids friendly. The bathrooms seemed old, but worked ok

The location of the apartment is perfect and the staff super friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very outdated and definitely not kids or senior friendly. The stairs are to narrow and even dangerous. The bathroom is also very small.

Location good
The facilities in the apartment were terrible the beds were very uncomfy and the instructions were not clear on how to get in, there was basically no cooking equipment and the tv didn't work. We had no view from particular flat and it was very small for 6.

Some chair backs were damaged and the bunk beds were close to be broken. We didn't like the water heater tank either, it was too small for 5 people so we had to wait to have a shower.

The room was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. The location is excellent, located in the central square in the middle of all the bars, restaurants and shops and the Gongola up to the mountain. Would stay here again but would hope next time that could access the WIFI. There are some amazing views of the mountains from the room. The car park is conveniently situated next to the property.
We were disappointed that could not connect to the WIFI. There are no lamps in the bedroom so had to make do with the ceiling lights which were too bright for winding down before bed. There is no kettle in the kitchen only a coffee machine. Also the collection of the key was a little inconvenient, it was located at another building some distance away from the property where we were staying and involved having to climb two sets of steep steps. It would be preferable for the check in and key collection to be located at the property.
