Really clean, owner was so help and nice gave us lots of recommendations , location was perfect and overall a really amazing stay!

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Everything was new and the kitchen fully equipped. Very good location with everything you need in walking distance . The room was very clean and a nice surprise was the wine the mastic liker in the fringe.
The photos for the Superior enigma room (first floor) are misleading the room did not have the view the pictures show. The room is overlooking the garage (I wonder the name superior..were does it come from?).
There is a lot of noise from the 2 air-conditions that are installed just below the the balcony of the bedroom .
We were three people and although the matrix of the double bed was ok , the sofa bed was impossible! The matrix of the the sofa bed is practically curly .....impossible for a person to sleep there

A very hospitable, polite and kind owner, Mariangella, she was always available for anything I would ask for. Reliable and keen to propose suggestions for anything a visitor would require (places for food, swim, events, supermarkets, etc.). The appartment comfortable, centrally placed in Ixia and with good connection to the city of Rhodes. An excellent choice, especially for a room with a seaview.

The location, the apartment, everything. The host was very attentive to the details and you had everything you needed in the house. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Mariangela was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean and even bugger than I expected, I found everything I needed and even extra! Thank you for present and wine 😉 You can see the sunset from the terrace, the mini market is at the first floor, bus stop and public beach are within 100 meters, big variety of good restaurants in the area too.
The restaurant is based at the first floor of the building, however it didn't bother me too much, especially with doors closed 🙂

That was amazing and comfortable stay - huge balcony with amazing views, beautiful apartment with everything you might ever need, comfortable beds, and a very friendly, helpful and hospitable host Mariangela. I recomend this place by 110% !

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was fully staffed with utilities the same as the bathroom. The air conditioning in the bedroom and living room was working great. The apartment is located close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. Even bus stop is 50 meters from the property and the airport is only 15-20 minutes by taxi.
But the best thing was to contact the owner. Before our stay, she gave us a list of restaurants and places worth seeing. Very fast responses with kindness. Even when we asked if we could lengthen our stay for few hours she agreed. It’s a great apartment for everyone!!! Wish we could stay a few days more…

We had a perfect 2 week stay here. Mariangela messaged us before our arrival and was very helpful through our stay. The welcome pack of snacks, water and wine was very welcome as we arrived past midnight (when everything shuts due to covid rules) Location is brilliant, though it's a pebble beach so a lounger is needed. There are a couple of pool bars where you can sunbath/swim for the price of a drink. There is a great walk along the sea front to Rhodes town (just over an hour depending how fast you walk) which we'd highly recommend. €8-€10 for a taxi if you need one back. Rhodes old town is stunning. The apartment is a great base to explore, with many car hire shops nearby that are reasonably priced. There are lots of lovely restaurants around the area too.

The apartment is located in the main road of Ixia with great access to local amenities, shops, bars and restaurants and immediately across the toad from the beach (Anna’s). The apartment is located within easy access of the airport, Rhodes town and road network for exploring with wonderful island.
The apartments are clean, tidy and well furnished and if you get one of the sea views you will not be disappointed.
