Its location close to the beach was great, it's location in relation to shops, supermarket, bakery and restaurants was very good. The villa is spacious with good air conditioning, it has a good sized swimming pool that was kept clean. The property manager attended every day early in the morning to clean the pool and the open external spaces without any impact on us and our plans, he was also very helpful and polite and went through things in detail on our arrival which was great. Overall it is a great place to stay and I would recommend to everyone

Everything was perfect !, no complaints about the Villa

11 days, 8 adults, 2 families with adult kids. Mr. Sotiris was great, he waiting for us, when we arrive, give us the keys and explain everything important about the villa, gave us everything we needed and was very caring (every day very quite cleening pool and the terrase in the morning). He even prepared hot coals for us to fry the fresh fish buying at the Public market in Rhodos (every saturday and wednesday). The villa is spacious, fully airconditioned and has everything you could need (we love prepare fresh orange juice on a juicer from ripe Rhodian oranges). Nice is big frigerator with preparation of ice and cold water. The beach with smool stones is almost in the yard, clean, quiet and almost empty! Very nice is Canteen Katerina on the beach. Supermarket - Spar and AB - is close and the Karavolias bakery have super croasants and other pastry (on Mr. Sotiris recommendation). We had really wonderfull holiday in this spacious and comfortable villa. Very nice helpfull host. Highly recommended.

The host Mr. Sotiris was awesome, gave us everything we needed and was very caring. The villa is spacious and has everything you could need. The beach is almost in the yard, clean, quiet and empty. We had lovely holidays, thank you! Highly recommended.

The aesthetics of the villa and the amount of space available

Host was brilliant, made us feel completely welcome and at home from the start. Huge rooms, lots of varied spaces to relax in. Outside area was just lovely, including BBQ area. Perfect villa for a family holiday if you want a bit of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend.
