Ambience, breakfast, staff,room

Travelling in March our room on the corner of the hotel was perfect. The town was not too busy and so our room was quiet at night eventhough it was above the hotel outdoor seating area. We had lovely views of the town square and also the bay across to the Grand Park hotel. It was an easy walk around the bay to the parkland and coast path. There are many places to eat and drink in the area of the hotel but we enjoyed the food and service in the hotel so much we ate there all the time. All the food was extremely good. The Breakfast menu was varied and everything was first class. All the staff were lovely and charming. The hotel housekeeping was of a high standard our room was permanently kept clean and all items refreshed daily. Reception was efficient and welcoming and the staff who drove us to our car really friendly and helpful.

We loved everything! I would seek out Maistra group hotels in future if travelling to the region. It would have been lovely to visit the spa at the Grand Park but we did not have time.

The location of the hotel is great, the staff is kind and helpful, the hotel is stylish, with great interior design, the breakfast is perfect.

There were 2 TVs in the room, but unfortunately neither was a smart TV. All the equipment in the room was of very high quality, including the bed, but a spring was sticking out of it. Apart from those two things, everything was perfect.

Bit expensive compared to other med resorts

The property is beautiful and we had a gorgeous room facing the sea. It is close to everything and the amenities like the use of their other properties and the gorgeous bar are too notch. The staff is lovely and kind. They are very helpful.

The parking situation. The worker running the gate would not let us in and wouldn’t even let us call the hotel so we could go drop our bags. we had to park on a pay lot and walk to the hotel and have them come back with us and get our bags and move the car to the correct lot. This was not the hotels fault- but it’s not clear and your experience will depend on the city worker that is at the gate that day.

Extremely friendly staff, breakfast and dinner at the hotel excellent. Location of the hotel in the center. Great value for money. The room is perfectly cleaned.

Via reservation we have got Atelier room (with a bad view of hotel's "backstage" and many external AC units). We upgraded to a bigger room Piazza, with best views over piazza and waterfront. From that moment our holidays were perfect. Both rooms are on the 3th floor.

The location of the hotel was perfect in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with local delicacies. The view of the harbor from our room was unsurpassed. We will definitely be back!
