This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! The attention to detail on every level is extremely impressive. It is like stepping back into the past. The breakfast is definitely the best experience not to be missed!

Everything about this boutique hotel is fantastic. The staff is wonderful and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the location is perfect. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our 20 year wedding anniversary vacation. This property is superb in every way.

Fabulous hotel. A bit expensive but really nice. Lovely breakfast. a bit disappointed on our last night when we returned to hotel after dinner at 10.20 and wanted one drink before bed only to be told the bar was closed. We were a group of 6 staying for 3 nights so we thought this was pretty poor. but everything else was great. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel ! The room was spacious, elegant and had all the conveniences you would need...even chocolates on the pillow. Staff is attentive and helpful.

The hotel was in a fantastic central location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel decor was gorgeous, very opulent. Very quiet room, great shower! Breakfast was lovely but expensive, however, I do appreciate there was much choice. Perhaps a simpler, lower cost option could also be offered e.g. just for a hot drink and pastries? This certainly would have appealed to us on our last morning.
The pillows on the bed were not that comfortable but this really is all I can criticise.

This hotel is gorgeous. Its like a mansion that was converted into a hotel. The decor is so romantic and beautiful. The bathtub was heavenly. The manager was extremely kind and helpful. We felt very taken care of.

We stayed on the 2nd floor in room 204, which was really small and only just acceptable.
Breakfast was really excellent, with fresh fruit, cheeses, lovely pastries and good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful with a nice bar and sitting room downstairs. Good location in the old part of town near to restaurants and bars.

This is a comfortable hotel in a historic building right in the heart of Bruges. Nice room, pleasant staff, good breakfast and a nice bar area. The hotel doesn't serve dinner but was very helpful in directing us towards some very good, very local restaurants.

incredible the whole thing was a dream, so sad we were only there for one night. the staff went above and beyond and the room was so incredibly beautiful especially given the price. it was completely central and they even organised a taxi for us to the station.

The rooms were decorated impeccably and the hotel bar had a great selection of drinks with a gorgeous Art Deco sitting room.
The staff were friendly and attentive. They provided some great advice on how to get the most from our time in Bruges.
The location of the hotel is superb. Right next everything in the city centre while being just enough off of the main roads that it provides a tranquil space to pause before heading back out.
The elegant Christmas decorations were the icing on top.
Everything was incredible. I liked everything about this hotel.
