The room was fine but the food was not.

Location to the skiresort, room for skis, room was nice in size and comfort, free breakfast and possibilites to have animals in room

Few people at work, breakfast was a bit small with amount of seats and tables and only one was replenishing and cleaning the food which took time before anything new came on.

Good location by the slopes, and northern lights can be seen from the balcony :)

Not real ski room (more a cellar) and bad accessibility (only from the inside of the hotel and then walking down the stairs). The cleaning lady forgot to make the room one day, I complained to the reception and they only replied "oh now it's too late to have it done, she is already gone for the day". Another day she forgot some of her personal belongings in the bed -> bed is the only thing which is done in the room (nothing else). Breakfast room too small for the number of guests (needs to wait some time before getting a table). It is written on the hotel website that the hotel can accommodate with the ski pass, which is not true.

A pleasant hotel directly below the ski slopes, kind staff, comfortable clean rooms, great breakfast. I recommend it.

Warm and clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Good water pressure in the bathroom and heated floors. The breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted good. The dinner always only had one dish to choose from but it was consistently quite tasty and filling.

The property falsely claims to have ski-in/ski-out facilities. The hotel is about 100m downhill from the lowest point of Narvik's ski resort. To reach it, you need to cross one of the towns main roads. To add to that, to access the ski room you need to go past the reception, walk through the majority of the hotel, and even switch floors. On the topic of cleaning, the cleaning staff was great and really nice but I wish they respected the hotel's own instructions regarding which towels to wash (floor/hanger) instead of replacing everything everyday. As a recommendation, it's properly best to have your own car if you stay at this hotel, since it is located quite high up on the mountain (15-20min walk uphill). Aside from some nearby supermarkets and the hotel's own food options, everything else is either at the bottom of the mountain or further up (ski resort center, e.g.).

Very large family room, excellent breakfast. From our window we looked at the northern lights.

Hotel has good facilities and is in a quiet location. Good walking distance to center. Bonus are the charging points for an electric car.

I liked the fact that this hotel's bed was the most comfortable I'd slept among all in Norway even though the room cost less than other hotels I stayed in Norway! Very good breakfast buffet was provided. Thoughtful to include shower/bath chair for elderly and the disabled in the bathroom. Shower pressure was great too.

The design and colour of the bathroom reminded me of a hospice but I appreciate the necessary equipment for the disabled & elderly.
