emplacement idéal face à la mer, petit déjeuner copieux, juste petit bémol, la ligne de chemin de fer derrière l'établissement.

La vicinanza al mare, il monolocale ha una vista incantevole ed è vicinissimo ai servizi della struttura.
L'estate si apprezza di più la piscina, la presenza del lido, della spiaggia attrezzata e del solarium
Consigliabili dei doppi vetri nel monolocale, il rumore dei treni ed il mare in tempesta, potrebbero non essere graditi da tutti.
Sarebbe apprezzabile che i frigo avessero dell'acqua (a pagamento) disponibile.

On connait cet hôtel où on vient régulièrement et qu'on apprécie pour sa grande propreté et son emplacement génial sur la plage en face de cette île trop mignonne en forme de tortue. On se laisse bercer par les vagues, on dort super bien et le matin on prend notre petit déjeuner dans cette salle aux baies vitrées qui donne sur la mer. On vient pour cette luminosité exceptionnelle.

Établissement vieillissant mais « esprit vintage » séduisant ! La ligne de train est collée à la chambre, mais la mer couvre le bruit des (quelques) trains…

The location is great, just on the beach, and virtually all the rooms have a view of the sea, including the iconic turtle-shaped Gallinara Island. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel is very dog-friendly. Excellent cleaning service. Tip: ask the reception for a free bus ticket on the day of your arrival, this can save you a bit of cash if you plan to visit other nearby towns like Alassio or Andora and don't intend to drive.
We were a bit less impressed by the extra charges for sun beds both on the beach (with prices ranging from 19 to 28 euros per day!) and at the swimming pool (less pricy but it seemed unusual to us that there would be a charge at all).

Very expensive sunbeds on the beach, there was a trail beside the hotel which made noise, parking was difficult, hard beds. You have to order your breakfast in the evening but you didn't get what you ordered.,

We loved being right on the beach with beautiful views. Great not being near traffic. Enjoyed breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea.

Splendid large flat with beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Hotel is right on the beach and also has a large swimming pool with sunbeds. Breakfast was to order in advance, chosing a time slot and everything delivered promptly on a tray. The bed was made and bathroom cleaned every morning.

The location was great!

The access to the beach, but it is full of stones, so bring shoes to enter into the water.
The extra charge for chairs and laying chairs in the beach when there were almost no guests. The price of the hotel is high enough to offer that service to the guest, at least in low season.
The rooms are rather old and the shower was not closing properly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a 1yr old and a 6yr old and they were treated with a lot of patience and kindness. The pool area is great for kids, and the lifeguard made the kids feel welcome.
In front of the Hotel is a pebble beach, very clear water and always lifeguards on duty.
the Restaurant in the Hotel is amazing for seafood and due to its popularity needs to be booked well in advance. The historic Old town of Albenga is about a 15 min walk away, with many entertainment and food options.
We look forward to visiting again!
Parking is a bit painful if you have a large car.

I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, wonderful view, the sounds of the sea on the beach all night long was very relaxing, really enjoyed being able to leave the large window open all night as there was a Mosquito screen. Having breakfast bought to the room was a treat and much appreciated.
Only one thing I did not realise was that the restaurant was closed that night and one nearby was already fully booked. But not a problem got takeaway and enjoyed that on the balcony.
