Oceanfront Cottage newly renovated: New Oceanfront Master BR for 2023 season
Le Pervenche Cottage est un charmant cottage dans les bois avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Le Pervenche Cottage est niché dans les bois au-dessus d'une crique à un kilomètre au sud de la pointe nord de l'île Campobello et à quelques minutes de marche du magnifique phare East Quoddy Head Harbor et du quai de Head Harbour où des bateaux de pêche en activité débarquent et Whale Watch Tours transportent des passagers. . Le phare East Quoddy Head est l'un des plus photographiés au monde. À marée basse, vous pouvez marcher sur le fond de l'océan pour vous rendre sur l'île où se trouve le phare. Le bigorneau est un cottage de 2 pièces avec une grande terrasse pour l'observation des oiseaux et des baleines et une belle vue sur la baie de Pasaquoddy. Profitez des repas en plein air avec les aigles et les balbuzards volant au-dessus de la tête et le son des baleines se nourrissant dans la crique ci-dessous. Les baleines ont souvent des vues rapprochées faciles en été et au début de l'automne. We had a fabulous time on Campobello Island, in large part because of our amazing accommodations. The Periwinkle house is amazing - so well appointment, thoughtfully decorated, terrific host, great towels and pillows, and the VIEW! Super clean, location is perfect, we loved all of it. The wife and I had a short two day stay at the starfish cottage and be absolutely loved it, large cottage with everything we needed, love the island and the local residents, we will be sure to go back again

Campobello at its finest.
We loved our stay at Periwinkle cottage on Campobello. It was just the two of us and it is quaint and charming and well supplied. The weather didn't cooperate with our stay but that didn't matter. The cottage is right down the street from the Lighthouse and close to The Pier Restaurant which is great. If you want to try out Campobello, give this cottage a try.

We loved the little cabin!
Played cards out on the screened in porch in the evenings. My teenager even slept out there every night.
The weather was perfect. If it had rained the cabin would have been a little small for the 3 of us but we would have made it work.

Can’t wait to go back!
This cute, quiet cabin was everything I had hoped it would be. I really want to go back perhaps in September next year to experience a different season on the island. I am an avid bicycle rider and the roads were awesome to bike on with very respectful drivers. Thanks Dennis and Margaret for sharing your little piece of heaven with us 🙂�🇨�🇦�🇨�🇦�

This was truly a dream location, comfort, beautiful views, porpoise, seals, lobster boats, great food at the pier and just an awesome experience. Thank you so much Dennis, we will certainly always remember our 40th anniversary trip.

Delightful property
Lovely cottage, fully equipped and very clean. Owner very easy to connect with and very accommodating. Lots to see even before season officially begins. Loved late lunches on screened in porch and deck. Will return to catch migration of whales. Remember to top off gas tank before leaving Lubec -- no gas on Island. Great meals at The Porch. Numerous places to walk. Visits same spots at high and low tides to experience the amazing visual differences. Narrow entrance off Lighthouse Road and limited space to park, but manageable.

Cozy and peaceful
We had a wonderful stay at Periwinkle Cottage. The cottage is very small but has everything we needed and the screened in porch and deck are both great places to hang out when not exploring. It is extremely easy to cross the border into Lubec where we did some hiking and shopping. Campobello is such an interesting place and has miles of trails.

Delightful location with everything you need to relax!
Sitting on the porch watching the whales go by is one of the most relaxing experiences we have had this year. Though there is satellite TV in the room, we never turned it on! The property was cozy, clean, comfortable and outfitted with everything we might need (except soap and shampoo - be sure to bring some). Dennis, the host, was warm and friendly - even going so far as to extend us an invite to his family & friend's party one night. Though there isn't much to do on the island besides being outdoors, we found it perfect for the relaxation we were hoping to experience. We are panning to return next year!

Everything we had hoped for.
Cottage is rustic and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed, and then some. The location is great; close to the lighthouse and restaurants. The property is very quiet and relaxing. We loved the screened in porch and the view. Periwinkle cottage is a great place to go to “get away from it all”. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Whales abound
Bring your binoculars because you don’t need to leave the deck to go whale watching.
That cottage was spotless and the hosts were especially nice. It’s small but don’t be put off by that. You will spend most of your time on the screens porch, deck, or fire pit by the water.

An amazing gem
Spent five days here. The cabin is small but cozy and is clean. The best part is the screen in porch and the deck off that. I really enjoyed sitting at the waters edge looking for whales. 144 whale sightings in the five days I was there. I looked for whales every morning for four hours and five hours in afternoon into evening. Such a relaxing place to stay. I will definitely come back
