Excellent location right at port!! Helpful staff,
Quiet room because I was in the back facing the “ville” not the port.
The only issue was the shower had little pressure and the water didn’t drip properly.

Bed was uncomfortable. Staff were pretty intense and short. Floor of the room felt a bit dirty.

Location was on the waterfront yet on the side street. view up to the castle from the balcony. Breakfast was very good - lots to choose from - fresh pastries every morning.
Room was clean. Location was excellent.

Parking in Cassis is a nightmare, steep streets, old village so - understandable.

Perfect location in centre of Cassis. Fantastic beds and fabulous breakfast!
Should explain better about parking out of town with free shuttle bus. Its a wonderful idea to avoid cars in town as parking is non existent. If this was explained in an English translated leaflet then one may not misunderstand like we did.
ALSO A MIRROR IN BEDROOM WOULD BE GREAT. We did have one in bathroom to be fair. One socket in bedroom is too little for travellers in 2023!

This location is perfect, and right on the harbour,by the beach and restaurants.
The staff are really helpful and polite.
There is a music bar downstairs that runs THUMPING MUSIC until 2am and then locals hangout in the square until 3am .

The hotel has a great location near the harbour, and the breakfast is pretty good.
The staff wasn't very friendly with us when we arrived. The bathroom in the room was rather small and had a very strong sewer smell, which made it quite uncomfortable. The building has a night club next to it and it is very noisy at night, especially if the room window is facing the main street. There is a public car park nearby, but the places are limited and it is quite expensive.

No elevator, and no one to help you with the the suitcases. The staff spoke very little English. The communication was difficult. Parking was also an issue.

Great view on the rooms to the sea, but they are louder. We were asked in advanced what we want, and we wanted the better view. You also see the old mans playing the local game in front of you. Really nice atmosphere!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Cassis. Comfortable room and no issue with noise from outside.
The room is very compact - but it was comfortable for me.
