Location was great.

The building air conditioning wasn’t working and there were huge and noisy standing units in the three main rooms which required the windows to be open (which is also noisy at night). Should have been made clear at the time of booking. the apartment is also very dark and sparsely furnished. not at all homely.

The location was great, on the main street, the apartment was clean and spacious. Very good for a family with either small or big children. Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall it was a great location.

Small improvements to the bathrooms, but nothing to really bother us.

central location along rue d'antibes means a lot of street noise from cars and motorcycles that will go full throttle whenever possible, day and esp. at night. no place for light or even normal sleepers

Great location. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The manager was extremely nice and very helpful.

Location is exceptional -- in the main shopping district and only 5 minutes from the beach. Paid parking within a short walk. Building has an elevator, which makes it easy to arrive with large suitcases. The unit is very large and an excellent value (off-season.) Clean! Living/dining room is spacious. Bedrooms are cozy but have everything you will need for a wonderful stay.

Check in process is a little tricky if you arrive outside the opening hours for the office. Recommend to clarify the instructions prior to arrival.

Perfect location, very helpful and welcoming staff! The lady at the reception gave great advice on the city and was one of the best memories of our stay. The rooms are clean with a perfect air conditioning - quiet, efficient, comfortable. This was very important. Beds are OK, too.

Rooms are a bit dated. Our room has two bedrooms plus a common area with a kitchenette, two bathrooms but only ONE WC. The master bedroom was so small it had only one bedside table, otherwise, the bathroom door will not open. To get to the window, you have to crawl over the bed. Plus the door would stuck if closed so we had to keep it open all the time. The master bathroom was hard for a man to fit in. And had zero space to put toiletries on - you have to wash with the door open and use the bed for that purpose. The second bedroom is a normal size, though, with a regular bathroom. The kitchen does not have plates and cutlery, only coffee cups. Not very comfortable.
