Frokosten var grei, men ikke mer enn det.

Lav bygningsmessig standard. Ikke gulvvarme på badet. Stor høydeforskjell fra mellom hotellrommet og badet. Dårlige dusjmuligheter, da man må stå i badekaret. Uegnet for de som har fysisk handikap.

Staff was the reason our stay was good. Especially the restaurant manager lady that was attentive and communicative, service minded and kind.

One of our rooms smelled very stuffy upon arrival and the other room had a trash that hadn’t been emptied out.

nice stay, you can park in front of the hotel, unless it is full (can happen easily) you can still park in neighbouring streets

The staff was so, so nice and I felt so comfortable! The location was good, not too far from the train station and the city center.

Even the hotel is of older date, everything was clean and nice. Overall we had a nice stay and we appreciate having a bathtub included in our room. Staff were friendly as well.

We could hear neighboring people making noise, which was a bit uncomfortable for us.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff found oat milk & free from bread for my wife. The staff were very helpful The location, though several km from Lubeck old town was ok We were advised of an excellent fish restaurant, only 400 m away

The room could have done with ventilation There was no fridge in the room More storage space for cloths would have been appreciated The hot water in the shower took a long time to come through Unfortunately due to staffing issues there was no bar

The hospitality was really amazing, I was with 2 of my bikers friends, normally bikers would rise some eybraws but not here at Kaiserhof. Breakfast was excelent.

Private parking was a bit of a problem, not for us to be honest, we where on motorbikes, and with some help of the hotelmanager we could park our bikes outside. But for cars you need to be early.

Nice quite stay. Staff was very helpful. Within walking distance of downtown.

Nothing comes to mind. We had a good stay there.

- The location was great and very near to the medical facilities I was visiting each day. - It was relatively clean. - The staff was nice. - It was relatively quiet.

- The pillow was terrible and I had a hard time sleeping on it. No extra pillows were provided. - The bed wasn't fixed i.e. it had small wheels and it constantly moved as I turned around. - When I made the reservation it said it's a small room "with a view" - the view was another window and suite just 2 meters away, and the other window was on the roof from which you could view the sky. - The breakfast was somewhat limited (not enough healthy foods and fresh vegetables)

Family room felt and smelled like in 90s. Very not modern People serving food didn’t speak any other language then German.

Nice and warm old style hotel with the soul. Good location, green zone. Very small distance to historic center of Lubeck.

charmingly old fashioned, felt like a step back to another age. rooms were very large and bath was deep with lots of hot water available for a good soak. staff were friendly and spoke enough English for us to get by. quick walk to the old town and the river.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and helpful.

I travelled in January and it was quite cold in the rooms.

Beautiful room, well lit with a big bath tub. It was great to be able to take a long warm bath after walking all day in the cold (went for holidays during the winter). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was beautifully displayed and flavorful. The view during breakfast was stunning. It was close to the XMAS market which it was the reason why we came here. A wonderful experience all of it!

The breakfast was monotonus. Room was good, very close by old town.

The rooms were too could. Furniture little bit old.

Both Mark and Sebastian were extremely helpful. The brekfast had the best yougart.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. Although there were many other residents, there was plenty of room and with quiet piano music this made for a pleasant relaxed breakfast

I feel the hotel sold itself on the entrance hall and grand foyer. This was a little deceiving as the view from our supposedly 'deluxe' room was another building just three metres away. Our main complaint was that there were no coffee or tea facilities either in the room or downstairs. We checked with staff who informed us there were no facilities available. In a bathroom that contained an unnecessary bidet, refreshment facilities ought to have been more of a priority. An alternative for us would have been to drive to the nearest cafe/pub but due to the very limited parking space we did not want to return and have to search elsewhere for parking.

Location: walking distance to center. Good breakfast, however no espresso.

There was celler smell in the room (perhaps someone broke a bottle of wine?). Bathroom was somewhat outdated. There was zero sound insulation towards the corridor.
