Great location with a door into old town. air conditioning in the room was fantastic! our room was spacious and comfortable.

Location is fabulous with the old town right outside the magical doors. The extra facilities were fantastic, the pool and spa garden and bar so wonderful to relax in after a day touring. The rooftop deck was superb to watch sunrise and sunset 🌅 and breakfast in the morning was really good to start another day of adventure on Lake Garda. 😊

Staff very friendly, cleanliness very good, breakfast excellent - reasonable choice for gluten free (3 of our party). Hotel set in the heart of the old town, very convenient for food, shops and ferries.

The rooms were very dated, and completely lacked any drawer space, which meant we had to live out of our suitcase all week. There was hanging space.

Location was excellent. We could walk out the back gate of the property straight into the old town. Staff were very good in organising some laundry. Own private car park was very helpful as parking elsewhere was limited. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Property would have got a 10 except it has one of these new airconditioning systems that is ultimately controlled by the owner via a computer screen at the front desk. The system went down sometimes during the night (it was hot while we were there) and we woke up in a lather in the middle of the night!

The hotel has a really interesting architecture, "built into" the downtown. The place has a great location, comfortable rooms.

Our room was a bit dark (not so much light and also quite "dark" design) and small, but it has everything we needed and generally was comfortable!

They certainly make the most out of the space they have, cracking wee Hotel, great staff and brilliant location. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa was relaxing. Breakfast was also wonderful. Lots of variety and fresh.

The large bad was not comfortable at all and the mattress shall be replaced for a new one. Walls seemed to be made from paper-you can hear everything from the hall.

The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Passage to the magic center. just a minute and you are there. Parking approx. Brekkfest ok.

The hotel is right on the outskirts of the old town….really nice and convenient. The breakfasts are good.

i booked a room with air-conditioning….although the aircon worked it was limited to 24 deg C…..and the blower was limited to minimum….did not matter what setting one had it on. the rooms was very hot and I could not sleep properly. They do have parking but this is limited for bigger vehicles and SUV‘s….it was really a battle to get in and out of the narrow parking spaces and small parking lot.

Walking access to the old town

For the price, the series of issues we faced were very disappointing. Not as pictured, parking was very very tight, room was dirty (fridge had molding products inside), room card access was broken.. it was a series of issues. The smell of cat urine was strong too outside in the property premises.
