Great choice of food however I would appreciate more regional cuisine. Good size pools and mini water park for kids. Plenty of entertainment.

Poor quality alcohol! Needed more comfy seating and bigger stage. Would benefit from a gym.

Bar and restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly. Overall the property was kept very clean. Food choices, although a bit limited, were good most days

Such a perfect location! walking distance to the beach, shops and lots of restaurants around! The apartments are modern and very well kept! Huge pools and plenty of seating. They host games and activities throughout the day. We had an apartment on ground floor and next door was our family (requested rooms together when booking) and we had a shared open patio so could all sit together with kids going in and out of our rooms it was ideal. I’d definitely stay here again

if you’re not all inclusive there then the breakfast, lunch & dinner is dear for what it is. We went outside every day except one for meals. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss

rooms where nice and bright with night private terrace that’s in the sun all day shower was great even thought water went less warm still more enjoyable than other hotels in Caleta the breakfast was decent compared to most other hotels in Caleta chef made lovely omelettes really nice juices and pastries the pool was lovely and easy to get a sun bed

people can just walk in to the hotel who are not guests as I noticed the sliding doors to the apartments don’t lock properly so a non guest could get in a rob the apartments that have the terraces with sun loungers and can be easily accessible by other guest from the opposite apartment there was a small gate left open to the complex any one could just walk in and try these sliding doors and windows this is a risk to guest which I hope can be sorted for the sake of the guests and the reputation of a very nice hotel

For all inclusive it was value for money perfect location and everything about the place was amazing . I would even recommend to family and friends use booking. Com and Ryanair to travel . Booking.com for the flights pay on arrival and flights with Ryanair

Beds were hard , maybe better in higher costing rooms. We were only a short stay though.

Breakfast as I have mentioned before needs another member of staff to work on queues as well as preparing for ‘extras’. Too too slow the whole process. We love the hotel and food quality is good but breakfast needs confronting.

There needs to be two chefs serving at breakfast as the queue has always been too long one serving the customer the other making the morning sandwiches then assisting the other making omelettes and serving fried eggs.

Clean and modern apartments

bright and spacious apartment with a big outside terrace. Pool area clean.

Disappointing for a 4* recently renovated property compared to other 4* properties. No mattress protector on the beds, just the bottom sheet. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows and no spare pillow or blanket as usually stored in the wardrobe. No freezer part in the fridge. No washing line to dry clothes or towels. Although some people did have them and others didn’t. Not good value for money.
