Wifi was fast and stable, cleanliness was on the level you would expect, one of the receptionist was great - Benoit Arnaud - he cleaned our laundry since the hotel service was closed (but still offered by the hotel).

No US -> EU adapter, poor fitness room, poor breakfast - choice very limited, no sausage just bacon, almost no fruit, I would rate this poor even for 3* hotel. When I ordered a sandwich the staff touched it with his hands, no gloves, no hygiene. Very disappointed.

A/C in the room very loud, flushing the toilet was working randomly. No mini-bar.

we stayed there for 2 nights and I do not recommend it. the receptionist looked important and it seemed to me that he was so lazy that he didn't even want to do check in for us. we came to the room, there was blood all over the carpet from the bathroom, the carpet was burned by the ironing machind , someone put the ironing machine straight on the carpet. the maid was knocking like crazy at 9:30 in the morning when I opened the door and told her to come later to clean, she literally rolled her eyes when I saw it, I rather told her that she didn't have to walk cleaning our room. I do not recommend this hotel, I do not understand how this hotel can have such a rating.

There was mold In the bathroom, the bathub was destroyed , the carpet was covered In blood , the carpet was burnt from the ironing machine , access and communication of personnel ,etc.

For us the location was perfect as we came for a concert at Stade de France. Also 2min walk to metro so easy to get into town. Staff did their best to be helpful. Room was fine, very comfortable bed. We were also in a quiet location on the third floor. Aircon worked perfectly (don’t understand the complaints about aircon on the reviews)

In our room the toilet flush knob was broken off. it still worked but this is just basic stuff that absolutely should be fixed. Breakfast at €19 per person should be 100% but on Monday morning a few basics were missing - fresh brown bread, jam. We were not super late to breakfast but there were also no cutlery available. I understand it was busy though and that the staff were doing their best.

Lovely clean hotel and the rooms were bigger than most in Paris. The facilities were good and all the staff we met were very helpful and nice. The night staff were exceptionally helpful and served us drink after the concert.

The location isn't that good .We were there for a concert at Stade de France which we walked to ,however the surrounding area was a bit dodgy late at night.

Good Marriot quality, clean, has restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner of good quality. Very kind staff.

it's quite far from tourist attractions in Paris. takes almost 1 hour to the Eiffel Tower, or Notre Dame in week day traffic and taxis charge quite a bit. The surroundings of the hotel, although safe, are not tourist oriented, think of an industrial park. if a jogger, do so only 1-2 blocks around or you'll find an ugly area before getting to the nicer Paris. However, if wanting good accommodations for fair price or using points, this hotel is it. (don't forget the taxi expense back an forth)

Bar facilities extremely limited - on a Saturday night it was closed but they did open especially for us but in view of it being a Hilton we did not expect this - the location of the hotel was not in the best area and hence we were reluctant to go further afield at night
