Le 1er étage comprend une grande et spacieuse cuisine, salle à manger et salle familiale avec une incroyable cheminée. La région est parfaite pour des rassemblements confortables et la détente. La salle à manger et la grande salle sont très spacieuses avec des plafonds voûtés, idéales pour les réunions de famille. Au rez-de-chaussée dispose d'une cuisine ouverte entièrement chargée avec un bar et une barre de salle à manger en direct qui peut accueillir 3 personnes. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a 2 chambres principales au rez-de-chaussée (2 rois) et une 3ème chambre avec un lit double, une couchette pleine / double et une salle de bain complète. L'étage comprend une chambre King nouvellement ajoutée et 1 chambre Queen avec lits superposés, 1 salle de bain complète et loft avec un bureau / puzzle / aire de jeux idéal pour les enfants ou les adultes. My husband and I stayed here with several other couples for a snowboarding trip for his birthday. Plenty of space and parking for everyone and a very cute and cozy home

The property is great, everything was clean, awesome location close to Wintergreen, lots of kitchen supplies, great layout for a group of friends with kids. Easy check in and check out. I’d stay again in a second.

Perfect setup for a large family or group of friends. Everything was great…except our luck on snow and good weather for skiing.
Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great open kitchen and dining area. Owners were very responsive. Def would come back again.

I hosted my 5 sisters at Wintergreen Resort for a long weekend. The weather was gorgeous, the leaves the perfect fall hue, and the house was located in a very convenient area.
When we arrived late on Friday night, we were disappointed to find none of the beds made upstairs. Unfortunately, we were able to see the disgusting state of the mattress and mattress pads - very stained. We stayed up late to wash the bedding (all stains came out of mattress pad which says something...eeeewwww). We cleaned all the kitchen surfaces and tables. There were so many cobwebs among the chairs/furniture/lighting fixtures that it appeared no one had been in the house. Certainly not thoroughly cleaned.
The owner replied to my text within an hour or two and graciously offered to refund our cleaning fee and refund one night's rental fee. It was very kind of him.
The house has so much potential...but it needs to be updated. Mattresses and carpets need to be replaced. I stayed in the kid's bunk room which definitely has mildew/mold. I was so congested by the next day.
The King bedrooms are in better shape and the master bathroom is pretty nice. The rest of the house just needs some TLC and updating.
The house is nestled in a cute neighborhood but has no direct views of the mountains. However, you can walk a few blocks to some amazing overlooks/parks. Trails are close by and all the amenities of Wintergreen are within a 10-minute drive. We hired a car/driver to take us to wineries in the area!

Wow! This house was beautiful and perfect for my family, we all loved it. It was very cozy and clean and the property owner was very informative and super easy to communicate with. We will definitely use this home again in future Wintergreen stays!

9 great friends got together to celebrate my daughters upcoming union with her fiancé. Enjoyed with wonderful weather conditions as well as a few wineries around the area. Definitely would recommend this spot.

The house was perfect for us. The heat quit working halfway through our stay, and the host worked to get the heat repaired. Due to it being the weekend, he was unable to get a repair person to the house. However, he made sure we had plenty of electric heaters so that we were able to stay and enjoy the last day and night of our winter break.

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic - near the resort and slopes. Nice sunsets from the street. The layout of the house can accommodate a large group with ease. We loved the wood burning fireplace, too. It was a wonderful winter break. We would recommend this house to friends and family.

This beautiful home was perfect. Gorgeous views, plenty of room, great fireplace and perfect kitchen and dining area for a large group. Everything you need towels, extensive kitchenware, puzzles, books, extra blankets and very close to local market and all of the fun at Wintergreen. This is a great property for large family or friend group and Mark couldn’t have been more responsive to our needs,

Great property for our annual get together. Comfortable beds and furniture, a nicely appointed kitchen and nice dining area. We enjoyed the screened porch and deck as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of eight rented this house for the second year in a row for our annual wine/beer/distillery tasting trip.
Great location as it is close to most of our stops and not too far up the mountain.
Plenty of space in the house and the King beds in some of the rooms were perfect for those of us sharing beds (all friends, no couples). The kitchen is a great size for cooking and the dining table was big enough for us to enjoy our meals together.
Host communicates all throughout process with questions, or information.
All around awesome visit and would recommend a stay!

Our group of three families with a total of five kids spent a fabulous week at this property. Having three rooms with king size beds (2 with ensuites) made it such an easy place to share without feeling like we were on top of each other. The common areas were warm and inviting, and we particularly loved/made great use of the screened in porch and horseshoe area. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and this group of avid home cooks were left wanting for nothing. We were particularly pleased that the knives were plentiful and sharp, and there was a rack on which to cook bacon! We uncovered an issue with the internet when we checked in (a powerful storm prior to our arrival had fried the equipment) and our host Mark was immediately responsive and helpful in getting it fixed. We could not recommend this property (and Wintergreen) more!

My tennis team and I rented this house for a tennis weekend at Wintergreen. It was a great size for the 9 of us. The house is roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The home is clean and well maintained.

Close to the slopes! Great property. 2nd floor creaks so if you are a light sleeper do not pick the bedroom next to the living room. Had a great stay!

We LOVED this house. It was the perfect destination midway between DC and Raleigh for us to meet up with family. The resort is awesome with great hikes steps away from the house. Host was super helpful. We look forward to returning!

Unusually well-equipped kitchen -- sharp knives! A potato masher! The neighborhood is a big loop, about a mile, so it's a nice challenging walk without being too long, and since the only cars will be people staying on the loop, they are few & far between. We loved the screened porch with a fan and used it every day. Great wifi reception, huge capacity washer and TVs in every bedroom. Highly recommend this home.

The only issue we had was the internet. The wifi was weak as was the cell signal so it was almost impossible to use the internet at some times. Call Norman with Afton Coach for transportation to the breweries and wineries off mountain.

My three high school and college aged sons and I stayed here in July for some hiking and a change of scenery. We’ve stayed at Wintergreen before and what I really liked about this house was its convenience. It’s quite close to the Market and you can walk to some of the hiking trails. I absolutely loved the fact that you can pull right up to the front door to unload the car.
There was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The kitchen has everything you need for easy meal prep. As for the downtimes, there aren’t a lot of games (Monopoly and one puzzle) but you’d have to try really hard to find something to complain about the tv - there’s a huge variety of channels and streaming services.
We all agreed that we wouldn’t mind staying here again.
