Our host was fantastic and made us feel at home. The suite was clean and comfortable, and located near great restaurants and beaches. We were provided with fresh towels and sheets and the suite was clesned regularly. I cannot recommend staying here enough.

Good location and nice apartment

Everything! I want to live here! We are a group of 5 women, in our 40s, 50s, and 60s. None of us wanted to leave. We fell in love with 9 Muses, the village of Kastraki, and Naxos. The place is beautiful and perfect. The nearby beaches were quiet, the walk to market, bus stop, and two diners was less than 5 minutes, down a quiet beach road. We rented a car, but I would consider using bus system next time as we found driving on the island a bit challenging, though it didn't stop us from venturing inland a few times. If you're looking for a place to relax away from the crowds, this is it! It is about a half hour drive from port. Maria is a wonderful host and very responsive. I did not get the name of the woman who cleaned our room, but she was lovely too.

Nice apartment, big but cosy with a small but really nice terrace. Comfortable bed, clean, hot water always available. Location is perfect, good small beach nearby. 2 good resturantes near too, 10 mins walk. You do need to rent a car or scooter/moto to get around and see other beaches and villages.

Very clean and comfortable felt like home. Loved that it had Netflix so the kids were happy on nights we stayed in. Beach at end of lane is lovely.

Wonderful and cosy place. Really close to small and nice sandy beach. We went in September and it felt like having a private beach with very few people around. The host is truly helpful and kind. Whole Kastraki area is very peaceful and 9 muses is especially quiet and secluded behind a natural wall of reed. Entire area is dreamlike. A good restaurant, one basic market and bus station are located at few minutes walk. Surrounding nature, coast and other nearby beaches: Glifada, Sahara, Mikri Vigla... are all beautiful. It can get quite windy in the area - but that varies. We found the closest beach usable for swimming on most days (even with small kids) since it has a small natural barrier and trees in the background that protects you from the wind a bit. Nearby beaches are unorganized and natural - which we loved. On the practical side - apartment was very clean, hot water always available, comfy bed, kitchen well equipped, excellent wifi - so none of the usual Greek island comfort concerns :)
