الموقع ممتاز ولكن للاسف الشديد ادارة الفندق سيئه جدا وخاصه الموظفه التي تعمل في الليل وانوار الغرفه سيئه جدا وانوار المدخل لاتعمل والانوار خافته جدا جدا ولا مبالاه في الخدمه وانصح كل من يسكن في الفندق ان يشيك على الغرفه قبل ان يستلم الغرفه من حيث الانوار ومفاتيح الانوار منها المفاتيح لا تعمل ويبقى النور مفتوح ويسبب ازعاج عند النوم وايضا يشيك على الحمام والدش وللاسف الشديد سبب ازعاج وقلق في رحلتي ولا ولن اكرر مره اخرى للاقامه في هذا الفندق وقد اقمت 3 ليال ولكن مره اخرى احجز ليله واحده فقط في اي فندق ثم اذا كان ممتاز وخدماته ممتازه اكرر الحجز والا ابحث عن فندق اخر وهذه نصيحتي كل من يقيم لاكثر من ليله في فندق حتى لايتعكر في رحلته

Nice location in City Centre, staf was frindly exipt reciption at night when araival forget his name , he welcome and give information about Antalya

Great breakfast, good location away from noise of central but only a few mins walk. Staff were really accommodating

Overall a very good stay at START OTEL. Approx about 20 mins drive from the airport and location is fantastic bang in the center. Very close to the old town and the centre however if your looking for the beach it's about a 30 min drive of a bus ride of approx 1 hr. Can not fault the location you have bus and tram stops right in front of you. If you take a right you have some good food places which are very cheap. To the left you have a starbucks and many more food places. If you go straight down the tram line it takes you to the center. Staff where all fine nothing to complain about took my bags upstairs. Rooms where nice and clean and spacious. Remined me of a turkish version of travelodge. Also had a lovely balcony which was lovely to sit on to watch the sun set. Beds where comfy with many plug sockets close by. WiFi is good however it does tend to play up in the evening. Breakfest is everyday from 7:30 to 10:30. Really liked the breakfest it's buffet stay and there was a good selection from fruits, cereal, egg, bread, Sausages, cheese and olives. Very turkish style. They also have a coffee machine and serve turkish tea. Nice and quiet in the night, you have a mosque close by so keep in mind you will hear the call of prayers. I am muslim so it was good for me. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend especially with the great location.

The breakfast was good and the location was central to everything

The room we stayed had 4 single beds instead of a double bed. Couple sleeping in single beds. The door frame came off luckily didn’t fall on my husband.

It was not refresh and prepare room from smoking taste.

Located next to a tram/ taxi and bus station. Despite being on a busy road, rooms were fairly quiet and we didn't have any issues sleeping. Located at 5 minutes walk from the Hadrian Gate and also walking distance from Yivliminare Mosque, Marina and Hidirlik Tower. Airport is about 8km. I paid 300TL to reach the hotel although on meter it would be around 200 TL. I felt that everybody knew the hotel. I just had to name the hotel to the taxi drivers and they knew where I wanted to go. The staff were nice and accommodating. My room (family room) didn't have a sofa bed contrary to what my booking said and there were only a double and a single bed for my family of four. This was rectified quickly and I was swiftly moved to a room that could accommodate 4 people. Also I requested for my bags to be kept for some hours after check out and they very kindly kept them in the baggage room for about 10 hours. Beds were very comfortable. Woke up fresh both mornings. Breakfast was the standard Turkish breakfast. Coffee was quite good. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from if you want to eat out. Perhaps try choosing one at the Marina if weather is nice. Room service did a good job and the toilet accessories were replaced properly. One day was enough to walk around the nearby attractions. Perge Antique City is around 15km and taxi takes around 250-300 TL one way. (Entrance ticket is 200TL per person 8year old and above) Aspendos and Side Antique City with Apollon Temple are further away around 70km. I would suggest booking a one day guided tour that covers all three if you are staying here. Taking a taxi to see all is a bit of a hassle and more expensive. Pamukkale/Heirapolis +Salda Lake is a full day's excursion with a round trip of around 700km and again book a guided tour if interested. You can also try paragliding at Pamukkale for an extra 100€ per head.

Bread was cold and juice containers were empty at 9:30am ie 30 minutes before breakfast service ended. Could do with a toaster perhaps. It is good value for money but It does have the feel of a budget hotel. It ticks all boxes but just barely. But the staff are quite accommodating and if you need something just ask.
