Check in and check out were easy, the room was clean and nice, beds were comfortable. We had a good view from the balcony.

There was supposed to be a private parking from the hotel but there was none. We had to park on the street which in busy times was not easy to find a spot. The kitchen had nothing to clean the dishes

The location is great and the staff was helpful and courteous.

The refrigerator was filthy and the WiFi wasn't stable.

You could live in that studio all your life. Huge room, huge storing closets, huge kitchen, big fridge. You can walk straight into the city centre or to the beaches. Very nice staff.

TV was a bit old and small.

Noisy enough street and small pillow on bed

The room was beautiful decorated near the centre but unfortunately nothing was really functional.

The cabin shower, the toilet seat and the ac were broken. The kitchen facilities were poor and dirty, no furniture in the balcony, bad pillows and mattress. Personal not wearing masks.

Perfect location, affordable, great balcony and cosy decor right in the historic centre of one of Crete's prettiest towns. Hope to come back next year.

No negatives!

First we got a small room instead of a large studio. Afterwards we got the ordered studio’s but there was no warm water upon arrival. Also the next morning there was still no warm water.

We had a studio flat so self catered. There are chairs downstairs to sit on. We stayed in the hotel last year and would use it again. It is in a super situation for the centre of town. Parking is fine nearby. There is a supermarket across the road.
