Very well kept apartment, scrupulously clean, great location close to Heaton Park.
Our apartment had an equipped kitchen, good sized bedroom with en suite bathroom, and relaxing area with nice new carpets and flooring throughout.
The bathroom was beautiful and had a great size, modern walk in shower amongst other modern fixtures and fittings.
Nice little touches like shower caps, shower gels, tea and coffee etc were provided.
The owner is a very pleasant gentleman with lots of local knowledge- inc bus routes and amenities, which he's very happy to share with you to enable a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very recommended by myself and my friend. We'd definitely stay here again.

The host met us at the apartment and gave us a very detailed run down of the on site facilities and local amenities in the area which was a nice personal touch. The apartment itself was very nice, slightly old fashioned but had excellent facilities including a great shower, comfortable living room, spacious bedroom and a decent sized kitchen. You could easily spend a week here. Location was very quiet up a grand driveway off the main road so felt very peaceful and secure. Great location for getting the bus straight into Manchester and ideally situated for heaton Park where we did the Tough Mudder. All in all a great stay.
The building itself is a little dated and could do with a bit of TLC but it is very clean and didn't detract from our stay too much.

Good location just off the motorway, private parking. Facilities we used were good. We only stayed 1 night so didn't use everything, excellent WiFi.
Didn't find anything we didn't like, but it could do with a refurb imo.

I had to sleep on the sofa because the bed was so uncomfortable.
There wasn’t a streaming service on the tv. A bit strange, in my experience normally there is a Netflix connection at the very least.

Like a home from home, comfy lounger, nice kitchen, comfy bed and good shower.... will stay again when in Manchester!

It did the job I needed it to. Comfy bed. lounge area. bathroom and kitchen as well although we didnt need these.
I think its a little old fashioned but that is just the style. Might not be to my taste but its not horrible.

Excellent as with my previous stay. Lovely quiet property set back from the hustle & bustle of the main road. Nearby supermarkets, and well placed for access to the city centre and the M60.

The location is excellent, as it is in close proximity to family relatives who we visit in Prestwich.
Apartment is very comfortable and clean.
Michael, the host, is very attentive and keen to make your stay enjoyable.
A modern hair dryer in the bedroom would be helpful.

Much quieter than my recent hotel experiences. Good road connections, both for M60 and for routes into Manchester city centre. Plenty of shops nearby, whether you want take-out food or a supermarket to self-cater. I found it to be an oasis of calm in what is a busy and thriving city.

It’s very clean and tidy. Closed to the Heaton Park, perfect for a walk before check-out.

The location was fantastic for us as we were eating out that evening. The accommodation was close to local shops. Local taxi service was there within a few minutes. The bathroom was awesome.
Kitchen was a little dated but we wouldn't let that put you off. Most of the apartment had been renovated.
