Great location. Like a mini house in a great complex

The location & facilities are great.
I’m being really picky… our apartment was tucked in the corner under a stairwell… so the natural sunlight was not great. We have stayed here many times and I prefer the apartments that have the beautiful natural light.

Great location, lovely complex across from the beach. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, onsite pool and bbq area. Own balcony. Air con and fans in bedrooms very appreciated. Secure, undercover parking.
No lift to carry luggage up 3 flights. Single beds were soft and saggy. Extractor fan for cooking not great, smoke alarm didn’t work when very smoky from cooking. Fridge noisy.

Next I wouldn't want to be on the 3rd floor with no lift. Getting way too old for that!

The location was great
The apartments have outside stairs which I didn't realise till I had already booked I rented the ocean view room and it nearly killed us getting up the stairs the apartments are outdated and there is a shower over the bath the TV is so small it's ridiculous bed very uncomfortable and everything other than washing machine and dryer very outdated wouldn't recommend staying here to expensive for the apartment no foxtel we had to get videos from the office to watch never stay there again

Clean, spacious and comfortable
I requested a ground floor apartment as I use a walking stick, however there are two flights of stairs from the carpark to the ground floor. This was not mentioned, it was very difficult to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs, also when raining it was also wet, including the stair rail, this made my ascent or my descent quite dangerous.

We really liked the cooking facilities. And to find that they had a heated spa was a real treat.
Unfortunately the first day we walked into our room 101 their was a strong mould smell present. We did open up the doors and this did slightly help however when we turned the air conditioning on the smell got worse. When looking in the air con visible mould was able to be seen. This meant that we were unable to use this for our entire stay. I did mention this to staff and hope that something is done about this before the next guests stay.

Staying at South Pacific Apartments is just a really great time. It’s kid friendly with fantastic pools. The grounds keeper works tirelessly to keep the garden and pool immaculate.

the apartment was really good
Did not like the 49 stairs up to our apartment and having to walk in the rain to get from the second to third floor where our apartment was but I guess that is the price you pay for a sea view, but a nice hotel like this should have been built with a lift especially as it has 3 floors, we did not see where it said stairs only when we booked as it was not with all the amenities listed but at the bottom of the page, in the description it should be more prominent.

location was amazing, a walk away from the beach. accomodation was clean and nicely decorated with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier facilities. nice balcony area to sit and have tea/dinner in the evenings.
the bathroom a bit small, kept hitting head on the basin and not much room to move around in bath/shower area. Beds could have been a bit firmer (this a personal preference so not best for all) but otherwise accomodation was great.

the flights of stairs x8 from car park to top floor level 3 no other way up and had to get everyone’s stuff up to unit with my mum who recently had a hip replacement so wasn’t fun being unaware of stairs only

Excellent customer support as we arrived after reception hours. Our keys were in a lock box with extensive instructions for entry and room location. This was all well known as we were contacted well before arrival and informed so we knew what was happening. Secure carpark convenient to room access. Excellent room facilities and size. Good value for money as we had a full apartment for little more than the cost of a motel room. Great location near Flynns Beach.
Only stayed one night - would have been good to stay longer!!
