Jak dla mnie lokalizacja super - małe, górskie miasteczko. Wszystko blisko; restauracje, piekarnia, sklepik czynny 1 maja!, widoki na Gardę. Świetny garaż wliczony w cenę. Wracam tam z kolegami na motocyklach.

I liked how spacious and clean the apartment was. It had all the appliances needed. It even had a bathtub. The pool is just around the corner, with a bar and animating team for the kids that spoke three different languages. What a great idea to organize a pool party in the evening!
When you are a light sleeper, the sounds of the neighbors can wake you.

Super friendly and helpful staff, swimming pools very near, nice restaurants to dine in in the surrounding area
The fact that for a fresh set of towels we would have to pay 5 eur per person and the daily fee for air conditioning of 9 eur even tho it works only from 10pm to 6 am seems also quite high

The staff was super friendly. The location is fantastic, in the middle of small, cute town of Gardola. Discounts for local retaurants were also a great bonus.

Super clean, very well equipped (incl. washing utensils set). Staff very kind and helpful. Free private garage close to the apartment. In the center of a small town (with all pros&cons), you can watch the life from the balcony.

The central location. The spacious rooms. Good parking space in an enclosed garage. Kitchen was adequately furnished. Beds were comfortable.
WiFi was terrible. It needs to be improved. Rooms were on the dark side. On the first evening there were motor noises nearby in the house that were annoying at 3 am. Some street noise due to the central location. When we asked for another plastic garbage bag we were told that next time we should bring our own. Rather petty!

The staff are excellent very helpful, location is great bars and entertainment + good food in the surrounding restaurants
In my opinion, towels and toilet hygiene should be included as the shops aren't open all the times

The location in the centre of Tignale is awesome. We also liked the fact that we had the availability of the pool, a drying rack, free parking space, a 10% discount in the Apollo XI restaurant, and 5% in Gelateria next to Casa Gardola.
We were a bit shocked when we found out we only have one toilet paper at our disposal. 🤭

the city of Tignale is located on a hill and the road along which the navigator led us was dangerous…. the car stalled and rolled back down the hill….when the residence stuff ask as if everything is ok we said yes except for the road we came from…. their answer was - “ oh yes, how much we struggle with google maps so that this route is not shown on the map”. But at the same time they did not warn us about this in advance ……

- I like the views
- near by, in the town were very nice restaurants, bakery and shops
- free access to kinder playgrounds and discounts to the restaurants
- great swimming pools that was not far away from the building
- swimming pool for kids was probably not cleaned, there was a lot of dead flies
- my room was in first floor on the level of stairs so when someone was coming to the building could look in to my bedroom window
- air condition was not working in some parts of a day, was probably centrally switched of, and enabled only in the evenings

We ordered breakfast for one day in reception and there was no problem with doing that. Breakfast was served in restaurant Apollo XI which is part of group GTS. Breakfast was very well organised, we received few rolls, cornetto, set of cheese and ham, yogurths, jams, fruits and very good caffe. Overall it was very satisfactory. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and nicely located. We could be at the main square while we were on the balcony - this is what we really liked! :) Staff was extremely friendly, the best experience we've ever had in that matter. Tignale is perfect place and Casa Gardola is awesome!
There was no dish soap or dish sponge in the apartment.
