Huoneisto ylitti odotukset. Huoneisto oli hyvin tilava ja siisti sekä rauhallinen. Majoituspaikasta sai selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen. Emäntä ystävällisesti otti vastaan, hän esitteli huoneiston ja ohjeisti mm. roskien lajittelussa ja huoneiston avaimissa sekä suositteli lähikauppa ja ravintolaa. Autoille oli turvallinen pysäköintipaikka. Huoneisto sijaitsi alimmassa kerroksessa, ja siellä oli kaikkiaan kolme suihkua, joista yksi kylpyammeen yhteydessä. Videviku Villan pihapiiri oli hyvin viihtyisä ja kaunis, josta löytyi mm. grillausmahdollisuus. Majoituksen läheltä löytyy kävelymatkan päästä kaksi kauppaa ja ravintola. Majoitus on sijainniltaan hyvällä paikalla, helppo tulla ja liikkua eri puolille Tallinnaan niin autolla kuin kävellen.

Расположение, чистота, тихое место. Наличие бесплатной парковки во дворе. До центра города 20 минут пешком. Хозяйка аппартаментов очень приветливая, поможет решить непредвиденные трудности.
Это скорее не минус, а предостережение путешественникам с детьми, лестница на второй уровень квартиры довольна крутая, детям надо быть осторожными, чтобы не упасть, для взрослых вполне удобно.

Good to have a basic kitchen with supplies and a Laundry service. Good communication from the host throughout stay.
Location is an easy walk to the old town.

Has its own parking, so the car is in the yard safe and no parking fee. You reach the center for 4 eur by bolt. If you walk it will take about 30 minutes. The apartment was ok, old but comfortable. The price is great and its a perfect choise if you come by your own car.
If you choose the same same room as we did - its two floor apartment (top floor) so in summer you will burn :) its hot when its cold outside but sunny, so be aware about that. The host bossy and crazy :) you havent done anything but she will talk with you as you did. Anyway all is fine, just be aware about these two things :)

Location is about 15-20 minute walk north of old town but the area is beautiful & very relaxed.
Property is very well maintained. Apartment was well kitted out with everything you could need.

Very spacious flat, clean, complete kitchen for cooking. Easy check in/check out. Owner let us dropping the luggage before check-in hour. Good value for price. Quickly accesible to city center by bus (stop 6 mins. walking). This accomodation consist of 8 flats in a typical Estonian wooden house. Recommend!

Ivi the owner is amazing kind human being that helps you a lot to in order to make your stay very comfortable and pleasant.
WiFi needs improvement and maybe the bedsheet needs to be all in cotton.

It is clean, well furnished, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is big and toiletries are available.
Suggestion: small lamps of low lights may be provided for night time light..

the apartment is comfortable place. location is very good. it's very calm situation.
the pans were sticky and they were not clean, when we arrived. toilet room is very small. the apartment was not warm enough. when we left the apartment, the host was calling us and was blaming that we stole plates. which she found later.
