This is my second stay at this property. We loved it the first time and loved it again. I’m an easy pleased traveler and really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were well kept & clean, we all had the best sleep on the comfy beds.. breakfast was great. Location perfect. Staff super friendly & helpful
There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property. Even the walk from the Main Street to the property wasn’t a problem. Felt safe at all times.

We loved the beachfront location. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was great, it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Its a great position on the beach in Nusa Lembongan and easy to get to. Arathmas boat takes you straight to the beach and its a short walk from there.

Mooie locatie aan het prachtige gele zandstrand van Nusa Lembognan. Fijne ruime kamers en een zwembad in de buurt van het strand. Ook toiletten, een bar en douche in de buurt. Aan het strand zijn bedjes genoeg, bij het zwembad een beperkt aantal. Voldoende tafeltjes om lekker wat te eten of te drinken. Heerlijk om ‘s avonds in een zitzak naar de zonsondergang te kijken die prachtig is aan deze kant van het eiland.
We waren zeer tevreden echter wel een paar opmerkingen.
De douche. Vaak genoemd maar deze zit in een vast houdertje op de badkamer en als je die aan hebt gehad is inderdaad de hele badkamer nat. Een glijstang met daaraan de douchekop en een glazen douchewand zou alle issues oplossen. Tipje voor deze accommodatie.
De route vanaf de hoofdweg lijkt alsof je ‘nergens’ uitkomt maar gewoon doorlopen. Je komt er echt ;-)
Een extra bordje in de smalle steegjes zou niet verkeerd zijn. Het zijn kleinigheidjes want verder hebben we genoten van ons verblijf!

Location plus! Right on the beach, so lovely! Breakfast was simple but yet yummy and light after eating all sorts of heavier foods from all over the island. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful!
It’s a little bit of a walk in and out to the main road as it’s just little alley ways but was not a huge issue.
I feel it’s a little over priced but you are paying for the location not the hotel. Pool is small so quite hot by lunch but in saying that a lot of the pools on the island are and you do have the beach at your door step to swim in Wich is insanely Devine!

I loved the location and the beach front. I thought the blue bean bags looked fantastic and loved the white furniture. A very pretty hotel.
Had to go to bar and order my own drinks and food. I found there to be very limited staff contact. To be honest I can't remember talking to any of the staff or the staff talking to me.

great location - one of the better properties right on the beachfront. Good pool, food was good and perfect for watching sunsets

the only thing is the alley way down to the entrance - it could be tidied up and have better signposting

My husband, two daughters and I had an amazing stay at Indah. location was perfect, the rooms big and clean and staff very friendly. we all had such a good stay and can highly recommend 😀

location was the best part of this property
booked 5 rooms at the same price and 3 were the old standard room and 2 were brand new. A huge amount of difference between them. I spoke with management and they didn’t see my concerns . They said they were booked out and couldn’t do anything. We stayed a week .
Manager made a mistake with the bill for 5 rooms and re did the transaction which went through but later I realised I had a larger amount pending which ties up my money in my account. I couldn’t access my funds for 8 days. I brought this up with them many times and there was nothing they could do. I was told I’d have to wait until mistake was corrected. The owner in Bali was contacted but I had no success.

* Good value for one of the few accommodations that offer 2 separate bedrooms.
* Excellent beachfront location.

* Nice breakfast, although might not be adequate for bigger appetites. However, can order and pay for extra items from breakfast menu which is very affordable.
* No pick up or drop off service to ferry port.
* Bathrooms whilst looking recently renovated, aren't quite up to western standards.
* Should have pool noodles in pool as it's quite deep.
* Poor WiFi in areas far from reception, especially rooms at the back.
