Great place! Great location! The store just in front of the main entry. Free parking for SUV and trucks. The staff in the hotel was very attentive and responsive.

we took the mini apartment, it has the basics to prepare meals, but it could have some minimal cleaning products to keep the place clean, and some cooking things like salt, sugar. Instead of us buying and leave it behind because of space and airplane flights.

Great location, near ski bus stop , only one stop by bus to the elevator ( ski rental and ski pass) If you don’t want take bus , you can walk only 500 meters. Near super market. In hotel room for ski and snowboard staff. As well equipped game room. Billiards , hockey, table games, Xbox. Amazing spa center , with swimming pool, jakuzzi , and 3 saunas. As well as relax room ! Free of charge Hotel staff friendly and helpful! Hotel Dog friendly ! But when order please write that you are traveling with your furry friend. (Extra money for pet required) but yo get pet kit in your room ( bowls and bed )

Family room for 4 persons had one bedroom , but two other beds located at the same room with kitchen.

The location was very good, also the appartmet was very clean and handy. The wellness was great. Good to have a small grocery store just accross the street

In relaxation room the massage chair was too loud, so after sauna you could not get fully relaxed (you could not sleep). Also the private road of the venue could be better cleaned.
