Location was good. The peace & quiet.
The part of the motel we stayed in is old & needs some attention & updating. Cracked window in bathroom needs to be repaired. Looks like it has been like this for some time

This a nice motel located in a residential area of Wanaka but close to all the points of interest. We enjoyed our stay.
Some of our devices could not hook to the wi-fi.

Handy, had everything you need. Good shower.
Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable. If it had a comfy bed I thing it would be excellent value.

Dont expect your questions could be answered by staffs because they are always absent even you waited in office and rang the bell times.
My credit card has been authorized twice but not get resolved after I sent a complaint to the property.

Great location, host was really friendly and helpful with all the information of what to do in the area. Short walk into Wanaka from the hotel, plenty of free parking. Good value for money

Good location, short walk to Eely point for swimming and about 20min walk to main town area. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Nice BBQ area.

The unit was surprisingly spacious, and an interesting shape. We liked the host - she was friendly and helpful. we enjoyed having a cup of tea at the outside table in the sunshine.
We didn't notice that the TV cords were behind the curtain and thought that the TV was not working. it would have been a help if the host had shown us that. Otherwise we were really happy with our stay.

Linen can be newer and higher quality.
I put my snow gear in a dry room, but the heat and dehumidifier were switched off in the middle of the night.

The receptionist/owner was friendly.
Two bed apartment was overpriced and disappointing - for $300 we expected much better. The fittings were tired (bathroom door badly chipped), no cooking facilities to speak of except a battered hotplate in the cupboard. No separate door in the door space to the toilet. Water temperature seems to be turned down low so pressure is bad in shower and impossible to run a bath with hot water. The wifi would not work on any of our 4 devices as the security certificate was not accepted.

The drive was pebbles which made it a little hard to drive on but nothing major
It was clean and tidy and good sized rooms. Staff were very friendly and upgraded us to which was very kind of then.
