The staff are helpful. The facilities are old but clean.

The photos are not up to date. My room didn't look like this. This is an older style motel and I think is expensive for what it offers. The price is reflective of the demand rather than value for money. The restaurant wasn't open.

Cleanliness of the room was poor, bathroom shower had dirt, grime and pubes all through it we had to clean it ourselves prior to taking one. Bed was rockhard so getting a good sleep wasn't easy. Complimentary cutlery provided consisted of 1fork, and 1teaspoon. Seems like the hotel hasn't had a revamp since opening and only upgrades is the TV

It was quiet.

I felt the bathroom floor needed a good scrub. There was paint peeling off ceiling. I expect that in a budget 3star motel and I expect the price to reflect this budget accommodation but not the price which I felt was inflated due to lack of availability . I had just paid similar money at the 4star Novetel the night before and that was marvellous

The location that’s about it!

Restaurant (reason we booked at IBIS Styles)out of service, no hot food, cold breakfast all day to order, no microwave in the room to warm milk or noodles, no cutlery except for 2 teaspoons, dining chairs in room was stained and looked dirty. 2 nights with no fresh towels. 1 small milk in the fridge which interior light was not working, was not even sure the fridge worked.
