Hotel, room and staff wonderful. Had junior suite with garden view but could also see the ocean. Breakfast experience best we have ever had. Would be perfect if the hotel was based in the more up market area of Meloneras but we were able to get to that area easily and cheaply by bus, and even walked it once via the walkway through the Dunes

Lifts didn’t always work properly - had minds of their own- luckily we are fit so it wasn’t an issue for us. The lights in the room came on during the night at times - very odd.

Brilliant hotel and staff , we will be back in the very near future and many more times after that too. The staff are multilingual speaking English. Spanish, French and German. They are very welcoming and helpful. The food is some of the best hotel food we've everything had. The hotel is mins away from Yumbo centre and the beach. The Spa area , massage and gym facilities are wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and with all important air conditioning

The hotel is very nice and modern. the room is not very big, but it is comfortable. They look just like the pictures. we really enjoyed the balcony overlooking playa del ingles and the see. the pool was great and I liked the landscaping on the sun beds and green. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stylish, well appointed and clean. Shower is great, nice pool bar, and NO annoying parents and kids!

The property is based near a noisy area which sometimes pumps out music until the early hours. There are too many electronic gadgets lights etc in the room.

Best place to stay in Playa del Ingles. Last time in Gran Canaria 40 and 20 years ago. Everything was same ( Yumbo, restaurant’s) I was so glad I found something new and fresh😊

Such an amazing hotel staff could not be more polite or helpful lovely swimming pool and pool bar and wood fired pizza. The room and views were amazing as was the roof top restaurant and bar. The breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant and was very nice.

Enjoyed a fourth stay at this property. Ideal location for wide-screen views of the coast/beach and dunes. Exceptional staff, always helpful, always cheerful, always on-hand

I personally don't like hangers that won't detach from the wardrobe rail, or bath/shower products that are fixed to the wall either. I think for a good quality boutique hotel this shouldn't be necessary.

Very high recommend of the service at the restarant and breakfast. All the staff are fantastic attitude toward to me that I am proud of them. also reception are very good service too.

Breakfast was fantastic and the location in the rooftop was beautiful Dinner was also exemplary - although we didn't like that even though it was included in our package we were surprised by an additional charge for items we ordered - we couldn't see the note about it when reading the menu off our phones. They did not reverse charge but corrected for future guests by putting star stickers on the actual menus the next night and showed us. Good for future patrons but we were unsatisfied that we had to pay the extra euros when we would never have ordered these items had we known Pool areas are nice and quiet.

The restaurant is fantastic and the pools are nice. Staff went out of their way to help us when asked. Not too far from the main tourist destinations. Landscaping is awesome.

Rooms are very small. Our "Ocean view" was a room on the second floor with an active construction site on the other side of our door with a 8am wake up via jackhammer. I dont like that they knowingly dumped us in that room. There is alot of damage in our room. Little things but Alot of little things. Theres bits of food on the walls, stuff in cornors, smudges, and stains. The pool bar food was extremely overpriced and mostly consisted of ingredients we found at breakfast. Maybe we were spoiled after a week in a suite at the Santa Catalina but we paid next to the same price and we both were just not happy with what we got. We tried to take the hit and book with lopesan but they were at capacity. Its a nice hotel but make sure they dont stick you with a bad room.
