Really friendly helpful host, central location. Host has multiple properties in the vicinity and breakfast is served on the roof terrace of one. Lovely freshly prepared breakfast, better than most we had in similar properties which were prepacked.

Didn't bother us at all but it is central and can be a bit noisy until late.

Carpe Diem is a small but cosy and comfortable appartement on the ground floor in the historic part of Monopoli. It is situated on a very tiny square with other houses in the middle of a street. On the opposite there is a church wich is been restuarated. All the shops and restaurants are nearby. For the good beaches you have to take the car (app. 15 - 30 min). The staff is very helpfull and friendly.

You have to park your car outside the historic city and parking is confusing tue do the different parking rules. We parked our car outside the town on a free parking app. 15 min walk.

Amazing location. Right in the historical centre . Close to bars, restaurants and the sea. The terrace was a perfect space for drinks at sunset or watching a thunderstorm! Extremely clean and comfortable with a nice big bed. Cesare was a very welcoming and friendly host. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a great stay, the apartment was nice and super clean. Cesare and his team were always very kind and helpful, assisiting to any questions or needs we had during our stay. You get a good, Italian-style breakfast, served on a nice rooftop terrace. The location is amazing, right in the centre of the old town. If we ever come back to Monopoli, hope to stay here again!

Our stay was beautiful, simple, and catered to all our needs. The terrace was intimate and the place we spent a lot of time, the kitchen was really well equipped, the apartment itself was made to feel "homey". But, the best part of it all was the host and the team. Cesare and the rest made us feel more than welcome, creating a great breakfast experience and a great overall experience — always suggesting new things, understanding our needs, and having recommendations ready. I can't recommend them enough! It was one of our best experiences so far.

Parking not the easy one. Suggestion to leave your car in via Cardona. You can pay with card/cash in parkomat.

The apartment is located in the heart of Old Town and has got the amazing roof terrace with the view to the sea. Cesare and his wife were a great hosts giving all the tips we needed. Breakfast on the terrace with delicious coffee was the perfect way to start a day:)

The second bedroom has got perfect conditions to have seperate bathroom witch would be perfect for our stay (5girls;)).

The location is perfect, in the historical center. The host, Cezar, is very nice and helpful, he made us an upgrade to another location that was wonderful. The breakfast is very good, it is sweet and salt, on the roof top of a building so you can have a very nice view. We had the floor of a house and it was perfect for short vacantions to a long term stay. We were on holiday with our baby and it was nice and quiet. We highly recomend Cezar and all the B&B Casa Vacanza Carpe Diem places.

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in is in the heart of the historical city with 2 to 5 minute walk to most of the restaurants and cafes. As a bonus you have a fantastic spacious roof terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast, included in the package, was delicious with nice Italian pastries and coffee. Cesare, the host, was super friendly and supportive. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and quiet. Grazie Cesare!

One of the best places I stayed in whole Italy. Location amazing, 2 steps from the beach. Breakfast on a roof of our apartament was an amazing experience. Breakfast was very big and yummy. Big, spacious, clean with comfortable beds, everything you need. Cesare thank you so much for a great stay and hope too see you again!

We fell in love with Monopoli … we loved our accommodation which was very well equipped and in the heart of everything. Cesare is an excellent host and helped us with many things which made our stay that much more enjoyable.

A great location in a quiet area of the old town but just a couple of minutes walk from bars, restaurants and the seafront. It had everything we needed and although small was perfect for our stay. Communication with the owner was very good. We were given a list of restaurants where we could get a 10% discount as well as directions to the tourist information office and other helpful advice. We would definitely book with them again.

Unfortunately building work was ongoing in the apartment above us which was very loud early in the morning. However this wasn't the fault of the owners and was a temporary problem. On the plus side it meant we were up and ready to explore early on!

The apartment was very nice and clean. Fantastic breakfast!
