La ubicación es buena.
Las habitaciones tienen todo tal cual lo ofrecido.
Al llegar hacer el checking no hubo quien nos reciba y tuvimos que volver xq luego la habitación no estaba lista.

Do un 10 pieno a questa bella struttura familiare, c'era proprio tutto quello che serviva e quindi non avrei potuto chiedere altro! ottima aria condizionata silenziosa anche per la notte, zanzariere alle finestre ed un angolo cottura con piastre di cottura, bollitore e frigo! un bel letto comodo ed un bagnetto con finestra e piatto doccia! Il quartiere è tranquillo, anche la notte, e con una camminata di circa 20 minuti si arriva in centro di Oranjestad. Le spiagge del nord sono raggiungibili in bus (frequenza circa 20 minuti) dalla stazione centrale dei bus che è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Se si ha voglia di camminare si può arrivare a piedi anche a Druif Beach e Divi Beach (è un pò lunga se è molto caldo) oppure alle spiagge del Linear Park a sud del Renaissance Markets. Ovviamente se non si ha voglia di camminare occorre un'auto per rendere più veloci gli spostamenti. Grazie alla famiglia dei proprietari! gentilissimi

Alojamiento ubicado en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo de Oranjestad, está cerca de un supermercado, de la terminal de buses, de la terminal de cruceros y del centro. El aire acondicionado funcionó bien y es silencioso, buena señal de wi-fi, dotado con buena nevera. El suministro de agua apropiado y por su buena cualidad se puede beber del grifo. Personal amable. “The Kitchen Aruba Local Food” es un restaurante relativamente cerca y me pareció muy agradable el almuerzo que ofrecen por USD 20 a USD 25. Las mejores playas se encuentran hacia el noroeste (Divi, Manchebo, Eagle,…….hasta Arashi Beach bien al norte cerca al Faro California), listadas en orden de distancia con respecto al alojamiento. Agradezco que me hayan entregado la habitación antes de la hora del check-in y del transporte ofrecido desde/hacia el aeropuerto.
La calificación general de la cual se enorgullecen (8.4), me parece muy alta con respecto a lo que encuentras (presentación general de las instalaciones, aseo de la habitación, estado del piso de la ducha, etc). En una semana que estuve, solamente me hicieron el aseo de la habitación un día y eso porque lo solicité por whatsapp.

Although we didnt have phone service... they provided wifi and gave us the phone number for the cab driver with Whatsapp. The privacy was great! And we were in walking distance from most places.
The stairs. I wasn't prepared, but I was prepared for walking so..... pluses and minuses. The outside heat but that was the time of year.

The apartment is conveniently located, about 7 min walk to the cruise terminal and downtown.
The main bus terminal is also located near by for those wanting to take the bus.
The host is super friendly and responsive.

The owners of the business were super nice. Samuel, the son of the owner, picked us up from the airport for $20 and shared some info about the area with us.
If you are a solo traveler on budget and you just need a small room with some basic things (stove and fridge), and are ok with a not super clean place is a good option.
We knew we had chosen a cheaper option but we were definitely not impressed with the rooms and the level of cleaning. Our room had ants in the kitchen area and the restroom, the wardrobe had things left inside from previous people and the nightstand had sticky leftovers from mugs. We were not able to close the bathroom door and the water was a little too cold for my standard (I knew it would not been super warm but neither expected to be cold).
Definitely too small of a place for two people in one room (and we only had carry on) if you plan on staying in the room for the majority of your stay.
The area is dark at night time and you might not always feel super secure if you are a woman and walk alone.

The owner is so nice. I wanted to get my nails done on a Sunday (things are typically closed) and he went out of his way to help me find a place, drive me there, and even pay for it (since I didn’t have cash on me). this is exceptional customer service.

My time in Aruba was good. This apartment is close to everything even a few grocery stores. It took me about 10 to 15 mins to walk quite a few places to hang out. You can use Google maps. I would say it is comfortable, convenient, safe and relaxing. I did walk around the town found a roll of restaurants, was able to listen to live music and walked back to the apartment around 10:00 pm or later, I was not bothered or harrased...I did see a dog which he looked like he was done for the night also 😁. This property does provide transportation to and from the airport for a small fee.
The host makes you feel like family. The owner made himself avaliable when needed for questions or making reservations for excursions. The help he gave me made my time in Aruba effortless (like how you want it to be when on vacation). This is a place I will come back to when coming back to Aruba.

A nice and comfortable place. You feel like you are coming home. You got a kitchen, swimming pool, parking place and anything else you might need. The owners are super nice and will help you with anything you might need. a short drive from the supermarket and beaches. we would stay here again:)

Stanley was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions and accommodate requests such as beach towels and recommendations for where to rent the most affordable motorbike and good restaurants.
Extra touches like a double size hammock, outdoor covered dining area, and private pool made it delightful to hang out on days not spent adventuring around the island.
The location is great! On a quiet residential street only a short walk to downtown cruise ship terminal and hotel/restaurant area. Plentiful street parking.
Kitchen was a little small and had minimal supplies. We ended up cooking at least 2 meals/day and it was slightly cramped but we made it work. Would not be a problem if you were only making simple meals / making coffee.

Samuel, Stanley and family were all so welcoming and kind. They helped me find things to do, drove me, and provided a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend for a solo traveller. the pool was a wonderful addition, and I particularly enjoyed the patio! The location was convenient, and great price for the value. will definitely stay again if I return to Aruba!

Incredible service oriented personal, very helpfull. Comfterbul bed, own litle kitchen with a big refridgerator and good size freeser. Close to shopping and restaurants and a smaler "sun pool". Close to lokal transportation to the incredible beaches of Aruba for only 2 dollar/way.
There were dogs in the naiberhood running free, barking. I,m a bit afried of dogs but the owner told me the city is now tsking action on this.

I thought that I would lose my money because I didn't make it the two days it's no put a foot of snow in Arkansas on it was just real convenient that's about it works with you
I got postponed because of the snow and they work around my schedule without any problem I thought they were very good to work with just charged me for missing two nights and then let me about units back when I got there
