Rooms are large and extremely comfortable with views out over the lake. The accomodation is right in the heart of the town but still very peaceful and quiet. Amazing, friendly hosts. Very nice breakfast. Will definitely return!

A beautifully restored house, with all the period features you might expect. Grand hallway, shutters, stunning gardens and more. A wonderful place for a small wedding! The lake views are exceptional. Massimo is a fantastic host.

The B & B was lovely and directly on Lake Orta with a yard and dock in front of the property where you can sun, read, do yoga or just watch the calmness of beautiful lake Orta. The owners are top hospitality people who really care and make you feel right at home. We Loved the delicious Breakfast ! Every morning you wake to the incredible small of baked croissants from the kitchen. We fell in love with Orta and have traveled extensively. We would highly recommend this B & B … it truly is the Best place you can stay when visiting the area. Trust me !
We have nothing negative to say. Only positive. And thank you to our hosts. We loved everything about your perfect B & B. It was a pleasure to meet owners who truly care and take pride in serving others and keeping their property in perfect condition. Your attention to detail shows and we wish you all the best. lake front location with lovely seating areas, deck, access to swimming in the lake. lovely rooms. easy walk to restaurants. friendly hosts and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. host came to collect us with our bags, gave us parking space and made it very easy when we were delayed arriving. nothing too much trouble.

This is an amazing property, such a beautiful villa with a beautiful garden and terrace right on the lake. Early morning and late evening swimming was the perfect beginning and end to each day. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee excellent and Massimo our host was attentive, friendly and very helpful with all our questions. Definitely a trip to be repeated.

Beautiful family hotel, taken care to the smallest detail. The rooms are very beautiful, original and welcoming. The atmosphere is really Italian, with beautiful local features and a romantic internal court.
The breakfast is taken place into a nice set-up Italian room, with a big fireplace and nice traditional antique furniture. The products served are of the highest quality!
The garden that is in front of the hotel, is reserved, facing nicely the island.
A highly recommended place to stay, one of the best in Orta!
