Swimming in the wide private pool overlooking the jungle was one of the best moments in Bali. That was a perfect view. Sunset view was crazy!!! ❤️All staff was friendly and nice. We got room service everyday and all food were very delicious. We were impressed. The price of food was cheaper than another hotel in NUSA DUA but taste was much better :)

This hotel is located pretty inside not on the road so it was hard to find.(Even some drivers couldn't find it)It would be better if there is much bigger or noticeable sign on the road to recognize :) Some stuff smelled musty(small cushion, sunbed cushion). And room was bit humid (I think that's because of weather and location) so blanket wasn't dry and soft. It needs to be better for the price. (Dehumidifying would help)

the view is outstanding , breakfast is delicious and the staff is super friendly and very very helpful. booked a two night stay and i regret not staying more. special thanks to MILA , ANGUS , SRI and most improtantly the driver panya and the rest of the team for making this trip look amazing.

the towels needs to be cleaner. restaurant closes at 9pm

Beautiful views, impeccable service, great food and the infinity pool was incredible!

For the first couple of days the WiFi didn’t work very well. But it improved for the rest of our stay.

Wonderful hotel with high privacy and villa with personal pool with the view over the valley with palm trees. Tasty food. Good massage directly in the villa. Villa facilities looks quite new and good. Would recommend for those who like privacy and calm time in personal villa.

The villas here are incredible. We stayed in villa 10 and the view was just breathtaking, even better than the pictures. Would definitely recommend booking a villa with river view! We had room service a couple of times and it was great. Breakfast was fantastic! So much food and it was all so tasty. One day we booked a massage and the therapists came to our room. The message was great and so cheap! The staff here are amazing. They really do make it such a special experience for you, always going over and above no matter what your request. Would definitely recommend everyone to book here if you’re staying in ubud! Thank you for such a special experience.

The rooms and view are amazing! You would never know that this place is located directly off a busy street. It was calm quiet and relaxing. Every staff member we encountered was warm welcoming and friendly.

The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave and go home!

we came here for a final stay of our honeymoon, recommended by friends and it did not disappoint. Not only did they decorate the room for us arriving but the staff made the entire stay so lovely. absolutely nothing was a bother to them. the views of the room are absolutely unreal and just enjoying the jungle was amazing! we got a massage also and can’t recommend enough, we were so relaxed afterwards! we had a card from the staff for our honeymoon plus a leaving gift - we honestly felt spoilt from start to end. wish we had stayed longer! it’s only around 15 mins from Ubud centre so really not far, we used a grab both days and it was easy!

we got the breakfast one day which was an amazing amount of food - however we’re both not big breakfast eaters so a smaller option for less would be brilliant.

A beautiful property in a beautiful area. It was incredibly peaceful and the villa and surrounding views were gorgeous. The team were wonderful and provided incredible service. The food was also delicious and well presented. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for making us feel so very special. We look forward to our next stay.

The views are Absolutely Spectacular. The rooms are Beautiful (maybe need a little maintenance). The staff were all Wonderful. Lovely pool.

The breakfast was ok…..but nothing special. The room amenities were roadside motel quality. Lots of room for improvement here.

No lift and stairs were scary and not comfy. Girls were picking up the luggage to rooms through those dangerous stairs.

We didnt like that they said services were available on nyepi werent. I had organised emailed about the candelight dinner for my partners birthday and this was also not oranged until i asked specifically at check in. On check out their eftpos machine broke down and i waited 30 minutes whilst my paid driver was waiting for me. After 30 minutes they sent me a link to pay and i am not sure why they couldnt have done this a long time prior. Breakfast wasnt included
