La localisation à côté des piscines est top. L'hôtel est propre, mais ne dispose pas d'espace "à vivre" de type lounge. À ne considérer que pour dormir, pas pour y passer du temps au calme.

Service stressant :réveil à 22:30 pour dupliquer les passeports (photocopie en panne à l'arrivée). Ils auraient pu attendre le lendemain. De même, les vouchers de réduction pour les repas n'ont pas été acceptés au moment du check-out : pas grave (une 20aine d'€), mais cela manque un peu d'élégance...

The location was beautiful right in front of the natural pool of Porto Moniz. The staff was super friendly and helpful Breakfast was good with a nice view, the fresh made juices were amazing 😍

The shower leaked into the bathroom which was very messy. For the rest everything and everyone were amazing!

A perfect place for holiday, I really recommend. Very nice staff, clean, close to weather.

Except the Rooftop Restaurant where you find good food, I recommend the beef burger, food is treble.

Receptionists were very helpful, answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed! The room was stylish, exceptionally clean and well equipped. We even had complimentary champagne in the room! That was really a surprise. The room had balcony with magnificent view to the lava pools and ocean, we saw the sunset from there as well. It was so nice to fall asleep when listening the ocean waves. And the breakfast was just superb! Large variety of fresh dishes and fruits. Whenever visiting Madeira again, we will definitely come back! :) It was the best accommodation we had during the week (stayed in 5 different places).

There wasn't anything that bothered us in any was, everything was just excellent!

The view is amazing

We will remember time in this hotel♥️! Very warm welcome with drinks🥂, big room with gigantic bed🛌 , delicious breakfasts and amazing dinner in hotel’s restaurant🤤… But the view, you just need to see it🌊! And I even don’t mention about the amenities♥️.

My room had an amazing view. I fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night! The room was quiet, spacious, and had everything necessary-nespresso for coffee in the morning, hot water and fast service if we needed anything. Wifi worked perfectly.

There was no heat in the room. We were told when we checked in there was no Ac .we decided to leave a day earlier.when asked for a credit refund, we were refused. Instead they offered a free night next time. Concidering we already paid for it, no offer at all. When we complained about the lack of heat at checkout they finally told us that they had a portable heater they could have brought in. What a load of crap!

Lovely room, large bed and spectacular view. Great little touches like toiletries, arrival drink and fizz, chocolates. Breakfast very good. Very good value.

Parking a bit tight, unclear, and limited.

The staff of the hotel working together, extremely friendly. We felt like home from home. ♥️

Extraordinary hotel direct at the natural swimming pools and the Atlantic ocean. Marvellous view from the room/balcony, definitely book a room with seaside balcony! Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of restaurants in the immediate surroundings.
