Bienvenue à Casa Ohana! Notre chalet de luxe nouvellement construit (date d'achèvement de Juin 2017) a toutes les commodités de votre grand groupe [jusqu'�� 12 !!!] peut comprendre. L'emplacement est L'emplacement de choix au cœur du village de Siesta Key, juste derrière le café Gilligan et Lelu! À l'intérieur, vous profiterez de sols en parquet de style porcelaine contemporains dans tout le bâtiment de trois étages, d'un ascenseur pour accéder à chaque palier du rez-de-chauss��e, de superbes salles de bains surdimensionnées, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, de la appareils en acier inoxydable art dans la cuisine et deux v������randas offrant une vue imprenable sur votre propre piscine privée avec de nombreux autres équipements. Au rez-de-chaussée, profitez de votre propre piscine priv��e de cabanons, où vous pourrez vous prélasser pour votre groupe, ainsi que d'un réfrig��rateur extérieur, d'un barbecue et d'un téléviseur HD mural pour vos sports préfér��s! Le garage surdimensionné comprend des v��los, des chaises de plage, une glacière et un chariot de plage, de sorte que vos trois minutes de marche de notre plage immaculée s�����effectuent sans effort.
Casa Ohana dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec sa propre piscine chauffée et cabane privée à quelques minutes à pied de Siesta Key Beach. Parfait pour les grandes fêtes célébrant des réunions de famille, des mariages, des anniversaires spéciaux et plus encore. Il y a 2 chambres avec lits King et 1 fauteuil-canapé-lit (3 couchages dans chaque chambre) et 1 chambre avec un lit King (2 personnes) et 1 chambre avec un lit Queen (2 personnes). Profitez d'un canapé-lit Queen moelleux et confortable dans le salon (pour 2 personnes). Casa Ohana peut accueillir 12 personnes avec un maximum de confort grâce à son plan ouvert et spacieux.
La buanderie dispose d'une laveuse et d'une s��cheuse pour vous assurer une abondance de vêtements et de serviettes propres. De nombreux vélos et accessoires de plage sont disponibles pour votre plaisir et situés dans le garage.
Si vous vous sentez aventureux, dirigez-vous vers le village principal ou montez à vélo pour explorer rapidement l'extrémité sud de Siesta Key. Crescent Village n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres de là et c'est une version plus petite du village principal de Siesta! Beaucoup de magasins, restaurants et bars pour s'arrêter et profiter!

We loved the location to the village and the beach! The house provided enough room for our family of 10. It was clean, well equipped with house needs as well as lots of beach equipment….chairs, wagon, cooler, and ninja shade tent!! We loved the private pool and seating area. Whenever we had a question the management team was very quick to respond!

Awesome location right behind the main strip yet quiet and relaxing. Best unit we have stayed in during the last 4 spring breaks to the area. Highly recommend this unit. Less than 5 minute walk to all restaurants and groceries in Siesta Village.

The location was was perfect for us. We had older teens and being close to all the shops, restaurants and beach was perfect. The set up of the rooms was great and we never felt crowded. It’s well stocked with the essentials. The property management was attentive and easy to work with. Check in is later than we would have wanted and check out is early so just be aware of those times and plan accordingly.

This was our 12th April vacation in Siesta Key and it was amazing!! Having the entire property on one floor, a private pool and plenty of space for the kids to spread out it was ideal!! Walking to beach and village were easy and the beach is a stone's throw away. Highly recommend for easy family beach vacay!

We have been coming to SK for 24 years. Love the location of this house. Great amenities and lots of space! If I could give more than 5stars for the communication with the property manager I would!! Amazing with accommodations when our flight was delayed and immediate response rate all week whenever anything needed attention. A+ service!!

We had a fabulous week at Casa Ohana. From the moment we walked in and saw the personalized welcome cupcakes, we knew we’d made the right choice. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed and beds are comfortable.
The heated pool was enjoyed by all and the convenient location made it a breeze to walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go. We’ll be back!

The Cottage Crew; I must share with you that your other guest from the upper floor is all very loud party folks who ruined most of our trip between the yelling inside the hallways at all hours & partying, smoking on the Patio deck & smoking by the pool! Perhaps you should post Inside each house printed copies rules required of all guests to be sure appropriate & respectful behaviors are followed, including ending late-night parties that occurred well past 1 am on several nights. Next, guest Smoking by the pool is not something my family and I believe it's reasonable to expect from other VBRO quests.

Great location! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Enjoyed spending time by the private pool.

I would not hesitate to stay at another property managed by Cottages on the Key. They were very responsive and professional.
This property is not a unit that would be a good fit for my family again. The vicinity to the beach is excellent. The unit was too loud for us, there is a third floor unit above. One night a neighboring property was very loud as well. The property managers reassured me that it was no bother to let them know if noise persisted between 9pm-9am. I appreciated that, and find those to be reasonable times for quiet hours.
The unit itself just wasn’t right for my family and some furnishings are due for replacement IMO. It was not as clean as I would expect (the property management company very quickly sent cleaners to come handle that)
The location, amount of space and pool area, and garage are a plus.

Short beach stay
It would be helpful if the listing was clear that this property has a 2nd floor rental and a 3rd floor rental. The pictures appear to communicate that the rental units are a left and right side. We would not have rented the property if we knew we had the 2nd floor and another group was above us on the 3rd floor. There were small ants in the kitchen. The blinds in the living room were missing 1/2 dozen slats to prevent full privacy. The elevator didn't work and it took 2 calls for the property manager to send someone to fix it. Great location.

Perfect location!
This property was perfect. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. My group loved it... beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We liked that we were in walking distance to the restaurants ,shops and beach. The bikes were a big plus. Siesta beach is our favorite and is only a 5 minute walk. Great beach to ride bikes on. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We absolutely loved our vacation at Siesta Key. This property is perfectly located 1.5 blocks from the village that has all the restaurants and shops! Only 2 blocks from the beach. They have everything you need for the beach. We loved our private pool too! It was definitely a highlight of our trip!

Getaway for husband's birthday
We had 9 people including 2 teenagers staying at the house. The only thing that was missing was the 2nd bedroom with a sleep sofa but there was a rollaway bed so it made up for it. We had a great time using the pool and grill area and had some friends come down and there was plenty of room. The house was in the perfect location to walk to the strip or the beach. Overall would absolutely stay again or recommend to anyone!

#1 place to stay in siesta key
The best place we've stayed so far in Siesta Keys. We've been going to the village for the last 20 years and this place had a great location. The house was very clean and management was great to deal with. We would stay here again at Casa Ohana.

While not on the beach it’s so close. Literally 2 blocks from beach and village. We enjoyed the pool as much as beach. Privacy nor an issue. You do see the neighbors pool but not really a big deal. I’m not a fan of mgt companies that ask you to start laundry and wash:put away dishes. For crazy cleaning costs I feel like I should be able to spend my last few hrs (before 10 am checkout) relaxing not cleaning. But, the mgt company was great to deal with otherwise.

We had a great week together with family over thanksgiving! House is so close to downtown Siesta Key and short, easy walk to beach. Management was very quick to respond to any issue or needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location.
This is really a terrific property. Great pool. Great location. Bikes and chairs for beach were super useful. They thought of everything. I wish there was a powder room bathroom rather than only bedroom based bathrooms but that’s ok. Super comfortable beds.

great Siesta Key location
One block from the heart of the Village and two blocks from the beach, this new four bedroom condo was perfect for all 8 of us. We spent more time lounging around our private pool than at the beach because everything was so comfortable.

Beautiful house right in the middle of town. Quick walk to beach and restaurants. We were 6 middle aged women, it was perfect. There wasn’t one thing to complain about!

We had 2 adults and 5 adult children. Casa Ohana is the downstairs unit of the house. Everything was as expected; new, clean and plenty of day-to-day living items. Location is great in terms of beach and the Siesta strip. Convenient food shopping is at the top of the street, although pricey. Go to Publix for larger shopping. Pool was clean and heated.
Highly recommend if you are looking for something in Siesta Key.
