The villa was spotlessly clean and so was the pool which was a perfect size for a family. The owners were quick and responsive to any queries we had while we were staying in Bol. The villa is a little out of the main town up a hill but within easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The bonus of the location was that it was really quiet at night and the views from the terrace are stunning.

The villa is split into 2 - 2 bedrooms and the living area along with one bathroom are upstairs and the second 2 bedrooms along with another bathroom are downstairs. These rooms are only accessible by an exterior staircase and another door / set of keys. As we were a family of 4 and our 2 young children share a room together at home this was not a problem for us as we could all be on one level together however it might be an issue for some people with young children (or an advantage for those who prefer a bit more privacy within a group!) and just something that could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking.

Swimming pool and Olive trees.

There are 2 identical villas sharing the same wall. The people in the second villa were very loud and we couldn't sleep. Owner should think about upgrading walls and windows to be soundproof.

We liked the pool which was warm and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very helpful and kind. I'd say it is good value - four bedrooms - but other living space quite small. Good outside table and good views over the ocean.

The downstairs was a bit strange. The outside light went on and off all night - maybe it was triggered by a cat and the air-conditioning unit was right outside the door which was very loud. The dishwasher door was broken and the seats on the sofa fell off all the time. I felt the living space was small - just a table. But hey, it had four good size bedrooms and you don't spend much time in a villa anyway. The mattresses were good but pillows too uncomfortable. The villa is right next to its other half (also has its own pool) - so privacy is a little compromised.

Is a beautiful house surrounded by olive trees. It has a very nice pool and an absolutely amazing view. In fact there are two attached houses, each with it's pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything except for coffee machine (there is a coffee filter). The Zlatni Rat beach is not so far, it can be reached by foot, but sometimes is not possible to walk to the beach because of the hot weather.

The biggest disappointment were the rooms. To start with, all 4 rooms are very, very small. Two rooms are located in the basement. They both have small windows and not so much light. Of course, no view. The photos on booking site are misleading and is not possible to figure out that those rooms are in the basement. The rooms in the basement are completely separated from the rooms at the ground floor so people living in these rooms don't have easy access to the kitchen. The rooms on the ground floor are extremely small and don't have AC. The AC unit is only in the living-room. We had to sleep with the doors open because it is getting very hot in such a small room. So.. not so much privacy. Only one room has sea view, but the window is rather small. The description of the house mentions that there is a washing machine. In reality, there is only one washing machine for both houses and is located in a small sort of room outside the houses. There are wasps and large spiders in the small room where the washing machine is located. We rented this house in high season, so we paid probably the highest price, unfortunately, despite the dreamy location and the amazing view the accommodation was far from what we expected.

Property was very clean, good amenities, beautiful view and not far from beach and grocery stores. Property managers were very polite and prompt.

The lights from the patio didn’t work, because we had a big party our meals were held outside and if we didn’t have our own light it would have been difficult to eat in the evenings.

The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to the centre of Bol but far enough away to be very quiet. The views from the pool area are lovely. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Nicely decorated inside with comfortable beds in each room.
