- location is great, few minutes to the beach, big supermarket in the building, doctor next to building - apartment is big and the terrace view is great

- too hot inside, this apartment needs air condition - rush street is a little bit annoying in the night - apartment is noisy, you hear everything from hallway and neighbours - you have to take out rubbish, containers are 2min away (if you don’t, fee is 40€) - kitchen is poorly equipped - after arrival, there was sand on the floor - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 day - main doors downstairs were opened all the time

No air conditioning, invest in that, fans are no good in August, you have to have air con , television no remote control, no ice tray available, no bottle opener ??? 1 glass in cupboard, no security main door entrance open. I Spoke to a person who lives there, he told me it's a hostel.????? Bathroom no ventilation. Driver dropped me off last and told me to turn left I did, but I couldn't see because it was nightime no neon light to say Acapulaca apartments, dirty dark and I felt uncomfortable, in the end I had to go to a bar to ask them if they know these apartments and they helped. It was awfull and I'm so disappointed that booking com have this terrible place on your website, misleading, and I will take this matter further. Simply the worst experience. You only write good points, but I used to work in tourism while everything is never perfect , this was utter awful . So I then changed to a hotel I have mentioned to you, and obviously I have had to pay extra euros for 1 night, because I couldn't cope withour Air conditioning. Do you not inspect premises before you advertise on what I still regard as the no1 website. I will like you to please investigate further. Thank you.

the apartment wasn’t very clean, there is a kitchen with all cooking utensils but not even salt or pepper or some olive oil was provided. i would at least expect the basics to be there. one roll of toilet paper for 4 people, this should be provided throughout the whole stay. be careful if you dont bring out your own rubbish at the end of your stay they charge 40.- which i find incredibly exaggerated and never had to do that either. i was lucky my friend so it somewhere written!

We acommodated there with 3 months old infant. There was freezing, we had 3 small electric heaters but once we managed to warm up suddenly the electricity was cut off for a long time. No lights, no heating for hours every day. We called the owner, we also left message on booking.com - with no reply!! What is more we couldn't take a shower in the evening cause the water was cold!! We had broken, unsafe kettle (with sparks around when in use). Cooker also didn't work, windows and patio doors were leaky so it was even colder at the apartment. It was mentioned that the curfew is from 23:00 to 8:00 but every night till the very late hours our neighbours had a party. We could hear every noise, shout ans step. We couldn't sleep because all of that, our baby was crying, it was nightmare. We arrived there to get rest and relax, in fact we were more stressed and even more tired. We demand full refund. Already informed booking.com customer service to step it.

Very loud place. We live in third floor without lift. Kitchen is emty, maximal for tea.

The location is amazing and the room is bigger than I expected.

If you are coming mainly for washing machine then I wouldn't recommend this place. It took us a lot of time waiting for the machine to clean our clothes, however, we wash all by hand in the end because the machine can't clean the clothes well, bubbles everywhere.

Specious apartment in a good location

Extremely soft probably very old and used mattress. Impossible to sleep on it. Kitchen was missing simple equipment such as matches for putting on the gas stove. Brutal heat due no air conditioning.

Large terrace, which will be appreciated especially by children. Good location. Close to the beach, shops, buses and restaurants.

The host didn't provide the correct code, didn't provide complete information, everything was handled on the spot by phone, which was very time consuming. We had a late arrival, which I stated when booking. Solving the right code was very annoying at night with tired children. Bed linen wasn't covered on the duvets and bed linen wasn't in the accommodation. A small double bed, more for one adult and a child not for two adults. Just a few pieces of dishes and everything dirty. Stove with an empty gas bomb. The light in the kitchen sometimes didn't work. Very small clothes dryer. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The shower almost didn't flow, bad shower head, we bought a new one at our own expense, then it was possible to shower! Towards the end very noisy neighbors who disturbed the peace of the night. The host has charged an accommodation fee in Mallorca for children, although it is paid for adults only and doesn't apply to children!

The cleanliness was very poor. The beds and the floor was okej. However, the furnitures and kitchen utensils were not very clean. In this time of Covid, we expecte more care about the cleanliness. A pan was really dirty. Okej we usually wash before using them, but we expect find them clean somehow. Not so much pressure in the shower. Shower was old. It was complicated to get in touch with the hotel before check-in. I sent emails and sms and no answer about the code for the keys. In the check-in them we had to call them after two times. Then they told us that they send the code to another email address.

The balcony was the best space in our opinion. We had breakfast there every morning.

The intimacy in the balcony was poor due to the wall separating apartments. (It was too low and so we did not feel safe because neighbors could easily jump in).

Very good location, by the street where are restaurants, shops and bars... Under the apartment is a market. Very clean and very spacious apartment, enough rooms (2 bedrooms, bathroom, large dinning and living room, large terrace, kitchen...). Perfect for family.
