Clean, comfortable, warm. Great location.

Bed head was broken and banged against the wall if you lent on it. Lamp shade was broken. Bed squeaked like crazy whenever you moved.

Clean very spacious accommodation. It is only 200 metres from the river where there was a lovely walk I took each afternoon. Everything you need was provided in the suite we had. Balinese Atmosphere relaxed surroundings.

Every things was great nothing that we didn’t like.

The rooms were super cute and there was a lot of attention to detail. The staff have really gone out of their way to provide a level of comfort to their guests.

The motel lights outside were shining brightly through our window shutters all night and it felt like day light brown the room even with them closed. It would be great if they were turned off at a certain time.

The staff and service was lovely. It was clean and in a great location. Fairly priced as well. We stayed over the Easter weekend and there was surprise Easter eggs at our door which was a very cute and nice surprise

The beds were very comfortable, the shower was lovely and it was overall very quiet. The room was also a good size and had a separate couch. Very clean

The only issue we had was that the air conditioner would not turn on. I contacted the host to ask for assistance, and I also texted him, but he did not reply. Eventually we found a switch behind the bed! Once we turned this on, the air con worked.

Andre and his family run a lovely little boutique motel, with about 9 rooms. The room we stayed in was a studio-style apartment suitable for two people. It was well equipped with bar fridge, microwave, a well stocked kitchen, and nice bathroom. Air conditioning works well, and it was well furnished with a sofa, queen bed and small kitchen table for two. There was a small but nice lagoon style pool adjacent to the BBQ area, with some outdoor seats. Onsite parking in front of the apartment, and washing facilities onsite as needed. Ballina Palms is in a very convenient location along the North Creek Inlet, just a short drive to the town centre and nearby surf beaches or bay.

The wi-fi wasn't the best while we were there, and we often resorted to using our phones to hotspot. Due to COVID there was no turn down service during our 6 night stay, however the staff were happy to provide fresh toiletries and free washing services during our stay instead.

Spacious room, clean and well equipped.

The pool area would benefit from an upgrade to the garden with more shade and the BBQ required repairs/replacement.

Excellent facilities and amenities and a great location.
